OOC: The day can end tomorrow, I guess. :P And all you really missed was... *thinks* A few people getting beat up/knocked out. "I suppose so. When I got here, I had this feeling that everything was going to change...but i didn't know the change would involve being trapped in school." Alyce laughed lightly.
"Chosen ones..." Alyce laughed for a minute before suddenly asking, "Are you serious?"
Alyce sighed. "I don't get one thing though. Out of anyone in the world, why did it target us?"
Alyce shook her head. "Whatever it is, it's trying to keep us from leaving. And it's doing a pretty good job of it."
"Basically everyone in some shape or form. This thing just started antagonizing us, but it's been watching us since the first day of school." Alyce replied softly. "And now, I think this thing's seriously trying to kill us instead of scare us. It just nearly killed Geryl back there and Jake almost went up in flames with his bike earlier today."
Alyce nodded. She was slowly getting used to people randomly passing out. She thought for a moment before saying, "Long story short...school life is like a horror movie where the villain is hidden in the shadows, waiting to kill."
Kairi had been sitting and watching the water when suddenly her reflection faded into purple. Alarmed, she backed up a little as the water darkened into a shade of dark purple. The same purple that reminded her of the darkness.
"We just had a run in with a shadow." Alyce replied lightly. She suddenly realized she hadn't filled Naomi in on what had happened to them. "That's right, I didn't fill you in, did I?"
"I'm fine. Not so sure about him..." Alyce told Jasmine.
"Nice thing to wake up to, huh?" Alyce asked dryly. She pocketed the flashlight. I can definately use this in the future...
...it actually worked? It worked! Alyce mentally cheered for a moment, before noticing Geryl hit the ground unconscious. She leaned down and tapped him lightly on the shoulder. "Come on Geryl, wake up..." she muttered softly.
Well, here goes nothing... Alyce clutched a large flashlight in her hand and, aiming it at the shadow, turned it on full blast. ...why do I have the feeling this is gonna backfire on me?
"But what about...?" Alyce sighed unsurely as she made a a split second decision. "Get Jake out of here if you haven't already. I'll catch up with you in a minute."
Alyce hesitated, looking between Geryl and Jasmine for a second. "Which way?" she called back, still rumaging around in her bag.
Alyce watched in shock as Geryl was forced against the wall. Wait, isn't a shadow just darkness? Darkness is repelled by light...that's it! She hurriedly dug through her bag. "Come on...be in here..."
Alyce noticed Geryl and gave him a faint smile before looking over at Jake, who was staring at the bathroom door.
"Hear what?" Alyce froze and listened for a minute, hearing an eerie hiss echo through the hallway.
Alyce gave him a tight hug. "She fixed it? Cool." She smirked faintly. "Now I can call you Biker Boy again..."
Alyce grinned. "I know. Did you win the lottery or something? You have this look like you just won something."
OOC: Alrighty. LOL...I've been doing other stuff, so that's why I've been taking ages to post. :P Alyce yawned and stretched out her legs on her bed. Hearing someone outside her dorm, she looked up and took a guess at who it was. "You know, the door's not locked, Jake."
