Should have gotten a 3DS, yes the Vita has some games, some but I would have waited until the PS4 came out.
3DS on the other hand is going getting a crap ton of games, sometimes I think Nintendo cares more about it than the Wii U.

Most of Obsidian's games are unfinished, Fallout New Vegas is another example.
Even though the game was patched its like putting a cast on a crippled person, the accident is still going to be there.
They just have a reputation of making unfinished games, I don't know if its the other company's forcing them to hurry up or if they want to hurry up.

Same rout I went, I played the game and absolutely loved it, than I watched the anime and all I'm left with is....meh, it feels rushed, like most anime's based off games.
I mean its not horrible as other video game based anime but, at least its not the Disgaea anime *shudders*

I know it would be harder for people to sing in other languages but I think it would be neat of people sang songs from different countries or sand songs in different languages.

I say don't make art until you have the perfect idea on what you're going to do.
If you don't know what you're going to do than you're going to sit there with a blank paper, paint board etc for hours.
Trust me, its better to think of an idea when you're not in the presence of the art making itself, for some odd reason I find playing video games or waking up from sleeping gives me more ideas for videos and drawings and Photoshop pieces.
It's odd but try it, it works.
