Hmm, you can take it out after about 8 months (depending on the piercing) for a short duration (under 24 hours) and its not too hard to put back in. Once a fistula forms (the hole where the piercing goes) its there for a while =) Anyway, I'm thinking industrial, it looks effin sweet, and the do-me points with the ladies is there =D
belly button is so overdone, plus the healing is like...at least 1 year before full healing. Tongues heal hella quick, plus look hot on girls :3

I found the light source very distracting in this piece. It needs to be toned down a bit. Also, the areas around the light should look a bit busier, otherwise you get a real bland look.
