    DaRKY!

I've been told to tell you be a secret accomplice (Roxas) on a secret service (MySpace) to tell you to call him, then type the conversation in a new thread here. He said it's Gailic Code for "buttsecks."

Please don't warn me for this... I'm just passing on a message...

    Roxas
    Boris the Blade
    Cin

At least that's what I gathered from Roxas stories... they are famous, although if it had to be most well known... Roxas & Xaldin.

As many of you know, KH-Vids the Song was performed at a live concert this Friday. Here is my recounting of the story:

I walked out onto the stage, and bright lights flashed across my eyes. It was hard to see as I stumbled towards the microphone, but I recognized at least one hundred or more faces inthe crowd. I didn't know them, but I could tell that they were all hear to listen to the music, whether it was us, or the band after us; they had come to see a good show. I knew that Alex, myself, our bassist Austin and drummer Matt could give that to the audience.
With little to no introduction, Austin started playing the riff to the KH-Vids Song on his bass. After two measures, Alex came in with the beautiful riff that reminded me of all the things the song talked about; Alice's rants, Deathspank's jokes: and I knew that it was going to be one hell of a performance.
The drummer played a quick fill before I slammed on my strings, distortion echoing throughout the room, mixing with a beatiful reverb/flange effect on Alex's amp that mixed to form an amazing tone. In an instant, the powerful melody cut back and Alex began to play several chords as the words to the song left my lips, "When I joined KH-Vids, I was such a noob; I bet I only had one pube." The song carried on, growing; then falling back in an instant as I began to sing once again. Alex, on the other stage, seemed to be dancing on the air as he strummed out the melodic chorus. He sang along with me into a second mike, and our two voices pierced the air in the room, and we could hear people cheering in the back. I looked back to see a group of four guys headbanging in the back of the audience: their heads moving in rhythm with the powerful chorus. Not that the song was the best for headbanging, but the chorus was so powerful that I didn't blame them. Alex cut back and we slammed into the verse. People cheered as the tempo immediately changed, entering a strong, melodic bridge that rose the ahirs on the back of my neck.
The bridge ended and we slid into another powerful chorus. As this ended, Alex strummed one chord and I was left alone: no drums, no bass, and no guitar, but simply me singing the chorus to an audience of beloved patrons. I finished the chorus, and Alex slammed out a chord on his guitar and the powerful chorus began once again. We finished the chorus and I kicked on the distortion. Alex, next to me, had a huge smile plastered across his face as he jammed out the finale.
We hit the final chord, and fell back to the screaming and clapping of the people in the audience. I was on top of the world. I felt like I owned the world.
We ended up playing another song, "Saying Goodbye" before we ended our bit in the show. Hopefully I can get the footage up soon. It's funny; we wrote this song as a joke, we never practiced it before recording, Alex just had the material and we pounded out awesome lyrics, and then, not even a week later, we're playing it live! It was just awesome. When I put up the video, I hope you all enjoy it loads.

Lol, about the mp3, we'll try and get one of the live, which is shorter and different. Roxas had to rewrite it for the show, but the chorus and riffs are the same. Now it has bass and drums, which completely changes it.

We'll have a nice video of the live up on YouTube hopefully Friday, if not, who knows when... but we should have it one day.

And I wish at least one person could go to say they were there xD. Even if it's a creepy sexual predator who's as large as a boulder and licks his lips while he looks at Roxas...

So... since this discussion is going well, what's your favorite part of the lyrics? Roxas likes the chorus, just because he says it's in his head all day and it's so catchy. As well as the ending, when we sing about Cin, it's like a massive vocal beauty coming at you, and the final chord with our voices matching sounds awesome.

Also we'll post it in the User Portal nearer to Sunday to see if Deathspank puts it in his top 5 XD.

Alice pwned the whole site with the rant that got her banned, and she was hilarious, and one of Roxas' favorite people on the site. So we included her.

    From Roxas:

OMG Enigmatic Superior, you're back! Too bad I was banned before you came back. I missed your cuddles.

He didn't really say that last bit but now he's not looking and I thought I'd add it in since it's nice and friendly.
