What he's saying is even though they both became a part of Sora and Kairi again, Roxas and Namine would see eachother they way they remembered. *spoilers* Like in the end of the game when Sora and Kairi are looking at eachother, you see Roxas and Namine looking at eachother for a second.

The picture of Roxas looks good, but his mouth could be a little bigger, and his hair could be smaller on top, since it looks too big for his head. Namine looks good too, but she looks kinda sleepy. Try making her eyes bigger. The other two look ok, except for the lined paper.
I would take out alot of Disney aspects of it. Maybe some worlds and characters, to make it more of a Square game.
I'd say Axel too.
It seems to jut out... It looks awkard to me but I believe you if you say it's accurate, since I have no idea what the real thing looks like.
The helmet looks awkward where the chin part is. The backpack(?) on his back should be brought closer to his body so it doesn't seem like its hanging off. Try adding more grass where his legs are in it so it doesn't look as blurry. Great job otherwise, it looks pretty good overall.
