You have to be careful in this match depending on how much health you have. Try not to use sleights, since they fail at the worst times. Pack all the 0 attack cards you have and 0 magics, preferably Fire and Cure. Don't use summons, unless you have 3 Clouds for an Omnislash. Learn to dodge Dark Firaga, which is fairly easy since you simply have to do a Dodge Roll at the right time. Be careful and don't attack recklessly. Do a 3-4 hit combo and dodge roll away from him to avoid damage on contact. If you're near Riku, dodge roll out. If Riku has a sleight on hold, try not to attack him but don't just stand still. Keep some distance and fire up a 0 fire card if you have one or break the sleight with a 0 cure. For the deck building, pack your highest numbers, not your strongest keyblades. Try to stay away from cards under the 7 value. Keep your 0's and heals at the back of the deck for easy access. Try not to abuse any sleights sans Sonic Blade or Curaga. If you need to, try to raise your Card CP or whatever the heck it's called.

I like the original one, since it was more realistic. If Axel was able to do that with Vexen, it would be unreasonable why he couldn't do that to Sora or Marluxia. Either way, I liked the CoM version better.
