Yeah, Nomura does enjoy making us think! :) But I agree with you. People do tend to complicate matters. It is a common trait of the human race. Take Nomura for example. In his mind, his creations are not complicated to him, simply because he created them. But since his creation is publicly displayed, it is left open to interpretation for thousands of people. My point is is that Nomura is probably going for an easier approach on the plot of the next KH installment.
Some Kingdom Hearts fans find it fun to theorize. In reality, it does not amount to anything, but it does no harm either. But yes. Long theories are a pain. I will occasionally read a long theory, but only if it is interesting.
I love reading other people's theories about the next KH installment. But I've noticed that a lot of these theories are extremely complicated and long winded. Not that I dislike detailed theories, but the KH series was designed for a Teen/Pre-Teen audience, not an audience full of philosophers. I catch myself all the time dreaming up some complicated plot, but then I remember what game I am thinking about. Overall, I think the next KH plot is going to be more simple than we think. However, to contradict my own statement, KH2's plot was far more complicated than KH1. At least in my opinion. What do you think?
I think Aqua's a little old to be "lovers" with Ven. She looks almost Terra's age though. I think they're all connected, like Sora, Kairi, and Riku. They obviously all care about each other. Aqua has some connection to Xemnas, however.

That comic's a hoot! :D I was wondering about Saix's scar. It probably has something to do with why he is a beserker, since it covers most of his face when he's going beserk. I hope it's not just a cheap aspect of character design, cause that would be dumb. Nomura will probably have a story behind it.

First of all, Xehanort does not look exactly like his heartless. I wish I had a sufficient render to show you, though I know you probably have plenty. There are differences in their hair and eye color. Second, every heartless holds a captive heart. Sora's heartless held Sora's heart. When Kairi "revived" Sora's heart, Sora somehow became himself again. Thus his shadow heartless was obliterated and Sora once again held possesion of his heart. I tend to think that Sora's heart overpowered the darkness that created his heartless, allowing him to gain control of the heartless' very thoughts and actions. The reason why people associate Xehanort with the Bald Man in the Secret Ending is because he is dressed similar to Xehanort's heartless. However, nothing is confirmed, so we can only speculate the reason why this is. And that is part of why this forum exists, am I correct? XD That is odd about Sora being a heartless in human form. Especially since Namine was able to rearrange the chains of memories in his heart when he was in Castle Oblivion. I missed that interview that stated that. Can you send me a link please?

I have both the PS2 and the PS3. I just bought KH2 Final Mix and I was wondering what was cheaper: Swap Magic or a download. I am not even sure if there is a download for the PS3 to play specific region games. Please correct me if I am wrong. Thanks.
I think that they might be lovers. In the secret ending, I don't think that the female knight is "lovers" with the Roxas-look-alike because, seriously, she is probably an adult. She wouldn't be going out with a kid. Remember, this is a game with Mickey Mouse in it. I don't think there would be that kind of relationship in it. However, there is evidence that the E.S. and the female knight are close in the secret ending. And now, in the new scene at the Room of Sleep, Xemnas states that the female knight was his friend. Could this mean that Xehanort/Xemnas had a connection to the E.S.? I am beginning to think so.
I agree. Fate will likely be part of the next game. I should have though of that since fate was a repeating theme in new secret ending. O.o
