I don't think it's like Sora's deck of cards. I think it's just a list of commands you can customize to mix up your battle skills any way you like.

Syndrome is definitely the smartest Disney villain. Although all he really cared about was looking good, he did eliminate a large number of superheroes and create very powerful weapons and machinery. And I don't think I'd like to feel what being trapped with just a point of the finger is like.
Morgana, and King Trition got rid of her, not Melody. My vote for dumbest Disney Villain is split between Gaston from Beauty and the Beast and Marina from The Little Mermaid: Ariel's Beginning.
One of the scans shows Jaq the mouse holding the key that Lady Tremaine used to lock Cinderella in her room. I can only assume that you get to help her escape at some point. Cool! And I am very much looking forward to playing as Aqua.
