I must admit sephiroth literally hands me my *** everytime i try, i last tried at lvl 83 and i sucked comletely i was never able to do him on the first on 1 either isnt there an easier way to do it! i need to kill him for my mission lists so i cant leave it ARGH!

It still could be an attachment as the keyblades are all different weapons as the key chains make them that way. With sora's weapon it may have been a completely different weapon originally its just that when you recieve it, it already has the kingdom key chain. if it was taken off it may have been something else completely. he may have been chosen and recieved the chain from some higher power like what gave sora the whole keyblade and chain to start with.
Roxas may be a good character but i would have to say i prefer sora, he's a lot more versatile and as previously mentioned sora kicked roxas's *** and if roxas was better he would have won!
I'll have to go with Squall, he's been my fav since ff8 and him in kh1 and 2 just rocked!

Maybe like sora can attach keychains to the original key, riku was given something that attached to his weapon ( like the heartless key chain thats on it ) and morphed it into the way to dawn.

My favourites would definatly have to be the Oblivion, Pumpkin Head and Oathkeeper! Oblivion and Pumpkin i like cos of the colours and the shapes of the blades while Oathkeeper i like its meaning more than anything.
