That's cool of you to stand up for what you believe in, especially when what your standing up for is cheap fiction that a ******, quadriplegic, hamster could write.

Evil doesn't exist. It's simply a matter of perspective and a difference in opinion.

Yes, but not like one of those pretty spiders. You're like a massive tarantula that was hit with a big stick... that made you ugly.

At face value long-term memory and short term memory are two different things. Our long-term memory mostly consists of both events that are encoded directly due to the strong associations we have with the sensory and perceptual experiences at the time it was encoded, or because you rehearsed something in short-term memory long enough for it to be consolidated. Short-term memory is fleeting and lasts about 30 seconds only; it is never stored. It just gets translated into long-term memory.

I know! Like when you're totally dreaming of like six guys fondling your hram and then you wake up the next morning and there they are demanding to touch your mitzrabtuk!

It's actually the other way around. A Psychological addiction is commonly associated with "somatic hallucinations", like cocaine bugs and a reward system (i.e. use of the drug staves off a negative experience associated emotional dysfunction or withdrawal symptoms).
