Hmm...Kingdom Hearts is the heart of kingdom, sort of like the heart of all that lives...in the end, Ansem calls the door to darkness Kingdom Hearts, but Sora contradicts him, saying that Kingdom Hearts is light. So in fact, Ansem was half-right. He believed darkness was the true Kingdom Hearts, when it was in fact the light. The floating, heart-shaped moon in the sky that Xemnas has, is just an object that collects all the hearts gathered by heartless and the other Organization members. That might also be known as Kingdom Hearts...which is basically just the heart of everything, the heart of the entire world connected under one sky, one destiny...
