Also when you say changed scales what do you mean? There are no key changes in this song. The intro is just DJ friendly and you would essentially never hear that part at an actual rave. There are loads of programs that do it automatically but you could also pull it off with the right EQ, a high pass filter (or low pass depending), and lots of effort.
