Don't have time to read through 300 posts to see if someone posted this. The bald mans keyblade transformed into that fire that made Kingdom Hearts appear. If you pause it, you will see how the fire is formed. They keyblade turns into that fire. Well, if Axel doesn't have a portal, and it's not in Proof of Existence, then you must have obtained it from when you beat him as Roxas. Then it just carried over. Note: I suggest leveling up before taking Cave of Remembrance on. Try being level 70 or something.
