You might want to search up target mods on Youtube.
There is a Max HP code and MP code for Sora along with codes to mod his stats, you just didn't look at the attached .txt files. You could attempt to give him the status of Dual Roxas, but that would lead to magic and limits being locked.
I know what you mean. I just can't completely help.
The only thing I can really help with is having one keyblade and unlocking commands. If you use a "play as" code for Master Sora (11CE0B68 00000057) and then have a gambler nobody turn you, then when you revert you will only have a single keyblade. Whether this effects magic or not is unknown to me.

It isn't the same moveset, Roxas just doesn't change his battle stances because the ones of the other movesets are not programmed into him, so the game uses his default.

That is a PS2 code.
You don't need a code. A summon intro is the animation(s) that play when you summon a legit summon. Sora interacts with them a bit, and then the fight continues. Disable it by pausing the game out of combat and going into config.
Disable Summon intros.
I would like to point out that if you are attempting to prove that magic can be used, this code just changes your HP amount through a joker, not by activating cure.
No, not yet. If there were a way to replace his weapon effects with magic effects, it could be possible.
