I was texting him, and he just seemed kind-of down. I asked him what was wrong. "Nothing. "Are you sure?" And then for whatever reason he just cracked and started telling me everything. His parents were going through a divorce - he's staying with his mom right now. She's been telling him everything from "You're the reason your father and I are splitting" to "I wish I never had you. We never wanted you anyway." He even heard her trying to make arrangements for him to stay at a family friend's house for a while because she didn't want to see him around. He's always been a really cheerful kid, and he has continued to act like his usual spontaneous self every day at school. I guess he's a good actor. I had no idea what had been going on. He texted me again the next morning to give the *wonderful* news that he had just woken up and thrown up. For god's sake, he's a skinny kid to start with. I'm worried. I'm really, really worried. For one thing, I had another friend suffer through this and now she's turned to drugs, sex, and self-mutilation. She's thirteen. I can't help but be afraid that this will happen to him, too. He told me not to worry, that it would all work out in the end and that I shouldn't bother telling anyone, but I feel like I need to help him somehow - without breaking his trust. He sounds like he needs more than a shoulder to cry on at this point. It seems strange to turn to a forum for help with this, but... help with life?

I grew up on a lot of Scandinavian mythology. Thor and Odin are badasses :3 Of course, I also enjoyed the Greek unit in 6th grade. Pretty much all mythology is fascinating.
^This I mean, Solid Snake wasn't Nintendo... was he? So it wouldn't be outrageous for them to put a KH character or two into the next SSB game. But, yeah. A cameo would probably be entertaining, but a whole franchise of plotless minigames like the Mario Parties would just be sad.

The fingers in Ash's left hand look... odd. The finger thickness is inconsistent and the pinky is too short. The pinky itself should be longer and it should start farther out off his palm. His right arm isn't long enough; the elbow should be lower, it would get rid of the unnatural curve. So, there's me being picky. Otherwise, as a "cute and simple gift" this is quite good. Ash looks appropriately exasperated and Pikachu is friggin adorable :3 It looks fine without the arm and face shading.

Dancers were total tards, and so were the berserkers. I would never concentrate hard enough to doge their attacks and I'd get the **** beaten out of me. None of the Heartless gave me all that much trouble.

Yeeeesss. Jazz ftw, it needs more love. I can't wait until high school when the jazz band is actually good. Not only is the genre extremely catchy and an easy listen, but it's also great to play because of all the creative outlets and explorations of music structure. I enjoy the fact that no jazz song ever sounds the same twice.
It's not from the 90s, but... they canceled Invader Zim. There can be no forgiveness for modern television. Yeah, it's like the cartoons are trying to be all fluffily nice and politically correct, yet children seem to be growing up worse. Go figure.

It depends upon whether you're playing it for the satisfaction of winning, or for just playing it. Since it's a one-person game if you want to let yourself win, it's okay to bend the rules. But... I really don't see the point in it.
