Well, Roxas's naming was confirmed to be the beginning of the game, so... I think this is what is going to happen. I don't think it will start too far away from the start of CoM, though.
I bet Xigbar is going to investigate the armor, so that will maybe make bbs a part of the story. Mostly, though, I'm going to look for refrences to kh3. theres going to be a trailer for that at the end. There always is something about the next game at the end of kh games.
Sepiroth will probably be in the game. After all, he was in kh 1 AND 2. Anyway, I would just be happy with coliseum tournaments. Maybe you could access the secret bosses through that, kind of like Sepiroth in kh1. Most likely though, optional bosses would be fought throughspecial missions or something.

Will each Org. member have different weapon-changing-item-thingys that are unique to that member (like donald, goofy, and the other party members in other kh games), or will Roxas's keychains change his partner(s) weapon(s)? Also, how many weapons will each character have? 14 different characters, each with changable weapons... o.O
