Spoiler Well the reason Yuno went to the second world after becoming God is because she wanted to be be with Yuki again, so when the second world Yuki found the bodies of Yuno's parents, Yuno knew it would affect their relationship in that world and may even lead to the discovery of the second world Yuno's body that the first world Yuno killed (which it eventually did as well).
