I think the members who receive rep should be able to see who sent it. Therefore there will be less comments that have no meaning like the most common one "." I think people would send more of a reason why they de-rep/repped the person. I have had many reps that are cliffhangers or no reason comments, which I find very annoying and doesn't tell me anything. The reason why I think the comments would have more of a reason is because, if someone left a comment like ".", then the member who received it would probably send a PM to this member. And ask like "Wth?". Comments? Thoughts?
