The χ-blade technically isn't a keyblade. Since all keyblades were just failed copies of it. But if you were to consider it as a keyblade I'm pretty sure it'd be the best one.
Because in Dream Drop Distance they were revealed to have hearts which makes having a personality make sense.
Really he was just a slacker. Everywhere you go there has to be one slacker. It makes sense to show a variety of personalities. Would you like an Organization XIII full of Marluxia personalities instead?
I doubt Dream Drop Distance would be getting a remaster. At least not on the ps3. You're kind of forced to use the touch screen and you cant really do anything about that,
Just like the other two said. The keyblade was originally supposed to be Riku's. after Sora's heart proved stronger, the keyblade moved "down the list" and chose Sora. Young Xehanort brought this up in Dream Drop Distance as well as Xigbar (more people probably did too). Riku's current keyblade is the one that chose him after his heart had regained strength at the end of Kingdom Hearts 2. So Sora wasn't supposed to even have one.
Technically wouldn't they be "Light Seekers" because they seek light? They wanted light, even though they brought darkness. I guess it's kind of like how Roxas is a part of the "dark side" but he uses light.

Yeah, I have to agree with the others. If you're talking about emotionless and bland you should be complaining about Marluxia....Xion showed at least SOME emotion during the game.

Thinking back on it, I think they'll do an orchestral Sanctuary/Passion. They haven't done that as an opening yet. Dream Drop Distance was the orchestra version of Simple and Clean/Hikari.... So it makes sense, right?
