I have beaten him once as well.[DOUBLEPOST=1432604655][/DOUBLEPOST]
I'd be willing to duel you. Haven't decided what deck to use though. Any suggestions?

He meant that S0's effect is similar to 3x Shock Master.

I'm not sure that he was entirely serious, or that what he said here was an accurate reflection of the way he would act in real life.

There's no way Yakumo is an evil alignment.

I think Abby is probably good, although I'm not sure where on law vs chaos

I agree with the Chaotic Neutral on Lyris.

Nemesis felt more lawful to me, but I don't really recall.

    Rafael is probably chaotic neutral.

I still feel like it would be better just to have a normal spell card that had an effect allowing you to place it in the pendulum zone (on its resolution) until the end of the turn.

I don't really like the idea of a pendulum card that doesn't go to the extra deck.. It ruins the whole back and forth between field and extra deck thing that makes them like Pendulums.

So... How do you pendulum summon it?

I thought about it a bit.. And I'm not sure that I want to accept a series that has no theme. If there were a mechanical theme, I could forgive a lack of lore theme. If there was a solid lore theme, I could make suggestions for a mechanical theme. But a large number of cards that are only really related by the fact that they have the same two words in their names.. Seems a bit weak.

I just double checked the wording I had used and it wasn't what I thought I had at all.. I guess not doing quite so well on low sleep as I had thought. Yeah, the wording I used was bad. I'll try to be more careful in the future.

Yeah, the only card that could be accepted without seeing monsters is The Shining Hope, since it's literally just Lumina Beast only Time Machine. Monster Reborn flip flops between Limited and Banned all the time, so I think that Monster Reborn with a cost should be fine. I have no idea what the theme is supposed to be. It will either become evident with the monsters or not.

I can see why you would say that expressing an opinion on what would and wouldn't be accepted would be bad, since they're all dependent on the non-existent monsters, but I think giving that sort of indication is useful feedback for determining what kinds of effects are okay, so the potential good outweighs the potential bad.

Since Shining Revive banishes one of your monsters, I think it's fine as long as Lumina don't get bonuses from being banished. Since it's only able to banish a Lumina Beast the only real way to abuse it is with Contract. Although, looking over its card text again, it currently can't function as a card since it starts a new chain during resolution.. But assuming its text is meant to be "Target 1 "Lumina Beast" monster you control and 1 monster in either player's graveyard; Banish the first target, and if you do, Special Summon the second." it should be fine.

Contract seems like a really bad card to me. Bad design, not low power. It's slightly stronger non-splashable Mind Control, so I would say fine if there was no card that could specifically abuse it, but when it's right alongside Shining Reborn, It becomes "If you control a "Lumina Beast" monster, target one monster your opponent controls; Banish it." while reborn becomes "If you control a "Lumina Beast" monster: Monster Reborn." Additionally, stealing a monster and making it one of yours feels like a DARK thing, not a LIGHT one. For that reason, pending monsters, I'm in favor of accepting all cards other than Contract, but not accepting Contract.

My bad, thought I already had. New skull beat and support added. I have them at the bottom of non-archetype.. Not sure if I should make them their own section because they are a series..

The way Ragna acts is a kind of grumpy "I don't care about anything but myself. I'll do what I want when I want, and if you don't like it, too bad." which is certainly Chaotic Neutral. However, there is quite a lot of evidence to suggest that he is trying very hard to maintain that atmosphere. The fact that he is specifically trying not to care about anyone or anything (with a few exceptions) but can't help but feed a poor hungry cat person when he really has better things to be doing should be definitive proof that he is a good alignment. I personally think that if it weren't for his specific attempts to be chaotic neutral he probably would appear a pretty straight Neutral Good with a slight lean towards Chaotic Good. I can certainly see why you'd think he's Chaotic Good, but saying Chaotic Neutral is simply describing his actions rather than what motivates them.

In my opinion, Ragna is neutral good, but he tries really really hard to be chaotic neutral.

I can't really read Yakumo well, in terms of D&D alignment. I'd say most likely true or chaotic neutral, but I could also see neutral or chaotic good.. And then when I think about it more I can also make arguments for Lawful, although they aren't super strong. Certainly not Evil by D&D's system.

I took that a while ago, lawful good human wizard/sorcerer, both first level.

    Taking it again:

Lawful Good Human Sorcerer (2nd Level)

    Ability Scores:
    Strength- 14
    Dexterity- 16
    Constitution- 14
    Intelligence- 15
    Wisdom- 17
    Charisma- 13

For reference, the ability scores are scaled such that 3 is worst, 18 is best, 10 is average.
