okay ill tell you why... the colors arent so good the background is sortof dark while the logo is unaturaully bright. i suggest using dark colors

the ear looks a little TOO fake...maybe add some fur to it?
ummmm lets see.... the head is a little too skinny....its bunched up in a way and the neck is a little too thin.try working on proportions but i think the shading is very good
work on the proportions because the hands seem a little too small other wise it looks very neat :] good shading!
