You could try to go to tagmonkey... but if you do keep in mind that your work will most likely be ripped to very very tiny pieces or completely ignored. Alternatives are either PR, but only if you can get on a team, because the critique you get in the critique section isn't worth **** OR wm studios. There are other sites which are only good for resources, inspiration and such, like slash which Pepto mentioned, but there really isn't a forum where people would actually point out the flaws in your tags or tell you how to get better.

I'm pretty sure that the member didn't make the background, considering I saw that exact picture (minus Olette) the other day. Aaaanyhow her hands are disproportionate, left arm doesn't look anything like the right, the right one (her right) somehow got fatter bellow the elbow, while the left one seems to gave bended bones and seem to bit a bit longer. The breasts are way too big and they look like someone did a very sloppy boob job and put the character in a zero gravity chamber after that. Her ass looks like one of a fat plumber, the hips are anatomically wrong in every sense, also her waist is way too thin. I'm guessing you wanted to show her waist sideways, but you messed it up really bad when you placed that nice and reeeaaaally visible crack at the center, the right cheek of the butt shouldn't have been visible as much as the left one because of the perspective. And the face... it is just fugly. I strongly suggest you start studying some anatomy if you want to make proper sketches and drawings.
You drew him almost like you were drawing a human, meaning basic anatomy is very much screwed up. Paws, tail and back legs are the biggest problem, also the wolf has human shoulders...
