There will be no crash. If the dow going down 777 points isnt a crash, it wont crash. These companies will cannibalize the weak links and we will have an oligopoly in the financial sector. Every one sees the weak market as the end of the world. If you want to make money, this is the best market ever because us young people have nothing but time on our hands. The best info I ever received was, "when theres blood in the streets, buy like your life depends on it".

I think that mess in front of him works perfectly, gives the sig a foreground, takes away from the flatness since its mostly a black background.

Hey guys, now that schoolwork is slowing down a bit, I'd like to open this shop back up. All previous open requests in here will be ignored as I don't know who is still interested. So, if you'd like me to make a sig, please follow the format in my first post. And please, please, please, be patient and I'll get you a sig when I can.

Sorry if this comes off as rude, but when does voting end? I'm very eager for the next sotw but it seems as they are always forgotten about, both voting and entry threads. Once again, I apologize for any offense taken, but I do like the graphics community here and the Sotw at this forum is what keeps me coming back to the graphics section.

Overcontrasted, as others said. When you do this, not only does it make colors "shinier", for lack of better term, but it brings out the black spotches you see behind the head. I'd say scrap it, sorry, but the only suggestion I have is add some white brushing in the foreground, erase around the render, and clip mask it to add depth.

V2 is alot better, less neg space on the right. The colors are a bit flat. Maybe add a b&w gradient on low opacity or up the contrast a bit. If you do that, though, you will have to make the lighting a little stronger. Great brushing/effects on the bottom, and I do like the lines on the left, gives the sig its own change from conventional sigs.

Too much negative space, imo. Good lighting on the first, not much going on in the others.

Sig doesnt need text. This looks better than before. I think a light source could be used then you're in the clear. Great edit made for V2.

I'm not feeling that filter used on the smudge. Makes it seem grainy and doesnt flow well with the rest of the smooth background.

All I know is that with blood in the streets, this is the time to make money. Already bought Merill Lynch at .49, went up to 1.80 in a day. There is so much money to be made, its ridiculous. Many large cap companies will not go out of business, they will shoot back up or be cannibalized by larger companies that will buy your stock at a premium or cut you some of theirs. If the large cap companies go under, then you have a lot more to worry about then your portfolio, but in today's world, that is highly unlikely.

It makes a bit more sense once you've read it. His motto is "never compromise". He has lost such faith in humanity but longs to save it, even when compromising will save his life.
"And Ill whisper no" comes from the quote "The world will look up and scream "save us"... and ill whisper down "no"". Once again, coming from his hatred for what the world has become.

I just read Watchmen, the best graphic novel ever. This is what came from that inspiration:

Add some brushing rather than just the clouds filter to give the background some flair.

Good idea, but you just need some touchups. Notice the right side of the head, theres a white outline from the rendering. I sugguest going along the edges of the render with a low opacity soft brush to give it a smoother look and so it will contrast less with the rest of the signature.

Good lighting, but alot of negative space. maybe cut down the dimensions or enlarge the render.
