And possess a great affinity to Ninjutsu, also posses strong physical prowess. Thier main goal is to unify the Shinobi world though means of love and peace. Born in an small village that always seemed the wind was blowing and filled with sand. His family often cut down trees to sell but they hardly got any money. It was always like that the newly established capital of the new settled land was poor but the little village Penoa grew up in was dirt poor. While all of the other new lands had plunty of money while the land he served got nothing so Penoa could see why his fellow desert habitents had an grudge against the other lands.He attended an ninja academy there he passed with no problem but his family was really poor. Penoa was sick of living in poverty so he simply left the village taking an good amount of logs with him. On his travels he been in a little group of ninja rouges that worked for people it did not matter if it was for an evil cause it was work. As the missions got done he got reputation even if most of it made Penoa sound like an heartless person. He had an dream to make an new technic style one that would be usefull to him. As the years went by the technic slowly developed surprissing Penoa became known as The Puppet Ninja. The village people did not know why Penoa carried an puppet with him cause they never seen an ninja use an tool like that. After an 3 years of doing the final touches on the technic but still not perfect he just continued doing his normal set of jutsu hardly using the puppet. Although the puppeter already named the developing techic the puppet master technic. Unfortionatly a few months ago an disease effected him making his muscles weak so he had to depend on the puppet.Recently he got assigned an body guard assignment by the senju clan. Also it is said that Penoa made an adjustment to his body but he keeps that as an secret until he is in great danger in battle. Penoa is known to be lazier then most ninjas and really easy going while being succesful on missions. His patience is very long so he would just rest against an tree and watch his opponet die. But sometimes he saves an enemy although that is an very rare occasion. The reason is Penoa believes everyone should experiance thier unique ability before they die so they can move on to the after life peacefully.Also an little problem he has is the puppeter always moves his fingers. Also Penoa knows an good amount about poisons and weapon design. Affinity: none Kekkie Genkai: chakra mold- this helps ninja shape their chakra into an solid form. its normal for ninjas to be able to do that but with this it will be alot easier and succesfull. This can be challenging because in Naruto there are many god tier characters and abilities. However, if you do try to powerplay, you will be over ruled. If you try to challenge someone beyond your characters abilities, your character will can be killed, or captured. If you don't flee, and the other character does a killing move, I will let them kill you even if you don't want it. I see nothing wrong with making as many characters as you wish. Also, not all your characters need to go on every mission. But if your character is on a mission, please keep them active. No god-modding. The circumstances to kill another which I described above are special. Even then, the opponent shouldn't be killed without giving them a chance to escape. The flow: There will be missions handed out every so often, and once the mission ends another will begin. Each mission will have opposing sides facing each other, both Uchiha and Senju. I'm just curious. A recent rumor regarding a celebrity brought this up to mind. If you liked someone, then you found out they were a hermaphrodite while you were in a relationship, would that be a deal breaker? I consider myself a straight male, and I was thinking, it really wouldn't bother me if I was really into her, and she was willing to play the female role. However, in order to be sexually intimate, I would rather her remove her male parts surgically. However, even if she opted not to, I would still treat her as a female unless she acted otherwise. On the other hand, if she acted like the male, then it would bother me, and I would be bothered, and would seek to abandon the relationship. If s/he had neither sex organs, which some do, I wouldn't mind either, as long as she took the female role. I don't know, what do you think? I am curious to find out what both straight males, and straight females think. As well as gay/bisexuals of both genders think as well.

This game was originally created by ICSP; ArchVice, Shades, Pyrɸ, and Repliku were later consulted in the past to help improve the game. This particular version was made possible by ICSP, Repliku and Pyrɸ—and a thank you to those who took their time to post new ideas to help improve the game. The role of Shinigami will rotate between ICSP, Repliku, Pyrɸ, ArchVice or Shades, unless stated otherwise. .:ICSP will play Shinigami this round:. This is a NEW version of the Death Note Game, so there are NEW RULES regarding the gameplay, therefore it is STRONGLY suggested that you read the new rules. General old rules from previous games still apply [character roles, conduct, respect, foul play, cheating, etc.] --Gameplay Rules-- The Shinigami: The Master of the game. Kira: Any player volunteering to play the specific round. Kira has an every increasing quota of kills to fulfill every day—1 Kill for the first day, 2 for the second day, 3 for the third day, and etc. Any kills exceeding the maximum will not count for following days. Time kills and false accusation kills are still allowed. Kira may also 'kill' people that are not in the game but on KH-Vids if the requirements are not met for the name kills that particular day. Kira also MUST MAKE this kill quota per specific day, and CANNOT exceed it. If the Kira fails to fill his/her quota per day, the Shinigami will reveal a clue to Kira's identity. Kills will be PMed to the Shingami. L [the new addition]: Alongside the Kira, a L will be chosen by the Shinigami. L's only objective will be to find Kira, and he/she will act as a leader the detectives if he wants to. L can either hide his/her identity from the rest of the detectives or let him/herself be know to all or a few detectives. L can coordinate detective work, assuming the other detectives are willing to help and L desires to work with them. L can be killed two ways: 1. If Misa/Mikami is accused WITHOUT possession of the DN, evidence collected against them will be mentioned.
