Perhaps each story has a different final boss? Terra probably fights MX Ven could fight Vanitas

Vanitas or MX
We know that Vanitas definitely has an identity we know of. I wouldn't say Xion because I just can't imagine Vanitas with a girlish face, perhaps a more boyish looking Xion? That would be pretty unexpected imo. As far as Xehanort goes, I think it's most likely Terra who becomes Xehanort. Yeah it may seem too obvious but I don't know why else Terra's eyes would match Xehanort's at the end of the IIFM+ vid. If Terra's a decoy, then he's one hell of a decoy, everything just seems to point towards Terra being Xehanort. perhaps Nomura is making it obvious so we doubt it? and start to think it isn't true? We wouldn't expect such a plot twist to be revealed in the trailers but hey, that could be the case. I think it is possible that Vanitas looks like Xehenort, hell he could still look like Xehenort and Terra could still become the actual Xehenort we know. So imo, he looks like Xehenort or a boyish Xion.

Yeah but when they saw the pic of Roxas, surely they would have remembered Ventus. I guess it might be a situation like Xion, she was forgotten after her merge with Roxas.
