One way I know is by flattening your image, this way it's only one layer, but I don't know how effective this might be. I don't think I've gotten that problem yet, but I upload mine at photobucket, instead of here.

Added three new versions. V2 is taking the advice between this and another forum. V3 is where I added a couple changes here and there. V4 is changing Eureka color to match background. CnC's would be nice.
Good, cause that's exactly how I see Eureka. I'll give a little knowledge out. *May Spoil* Eureka used to be part of the military, but after some crazy events she left. Now she is trying to forget about her past and start fresh. So, in a way, I am just showing her two sides, military dog and trying to live a life. :D *End Probable Spoilers* Anyways, I'm extremely satisfied with my results, especially when I am new to PS Elements. *nods*

Uhh... this is DA, not Crono. lmao Anyways, even though you didn't make it, I really like it. Seems to fit in perfectly with the FFX feeling. And the water is an awesome touch. 9.75/10 :D
Lol. It should remind you of you, cause I was paying some attention to some of the ones that you made in the past. :D Glad everyone likes it, and I'll be making some more in this style soon.
I have to agree with Cin. Though it is a good job, the text just draws all of the attention away from the render and the sig itself suffers. If you have noticed, a lot of sigs that have tons text usually have most of it small, and the focal text large. There is nothing wrong with your sig besides the text, so I'll give it a 7/10 since it did turn out pretty good.

Odd, weird, or just not realistic enough. It makes you wonder about a person, and at the same time it states a lot about them. This weeks going to be weirded up with the theme Abstract. Make it with tons of lines, or with circles and triangles; anything that shows off how you are. :D ~Due by Saturday, Feb. 10. Laterz~
Well, I'm all for the change. I've really lost some interest in the forum actually, sad to say. I agree that the spam section is out of control and attracting too much attention from the main point in the forum, but there are other things that are needed for this place to live at all. Anyways, these changes should make this place more active in the right way. :D
Well, this is a pretty useful tut. I don't use GIMP, so I had to alter my steps a bit, but it works in both GIMP and PS. Here's my result:
