The issue is that Sora was alive during BBS.
There's exactly 10 years between Auron's first and second journey.
I think a problem is that Organization members use Corridors of Darkness, which normally corrupts hearts, basically only allowing heartless to use them. Nobodies can use them because they have no heart that can be corrupted. If someone with hearts used them as often as the Organization did, they would eventually fall to the darkness, which the Organization do not.

I don't think that bolded part quite happened, but the rest totally possible. Now, I don't believe they will put an ENTIRELY NEW Organization, because BBS is much more Disney related than KHII was, but more like KHI, so they won't have space to introduce a new organization within the plotlines unless you want the most obscure, crammed storyline ever, so thats probably not going to happen.
How? Xemnas needed a rule like that to keep the Organization in check, and Marluxia didn't tell Axel to eliminate Vexen. Marluxia tells Axel afterwards that he could now join the overthrowing of the Organization. It was a test, and if Axel had not killed Vexen and failed, they simply would not ask him to help take over the organization.
Axel didn't change at all from CoM to II in terms of how he cared for other members. He still didn't care for them at all, and didn't think twice about his CoM murders. Axel would have killed members in KHII if he was ordered to and was capable.
Xemnas-Is probably the strongest member in an actual (fair) fight. Unfortunately, other members don't fight fair. Xigbar-Teleportation allows him to flee easily. However, gun arrows don't do that much damage. Xaldin- Aero shield can only be broken by shockwaves, or Xigbar's charged shot, Saix, Lexaeus, Axel, and Marluxia. Vexen- ability to create clones gives him an upper edge. Good stamina, but weak otherwise. Lexaeus- powering all the way up gives him massive area of effect and lets him deal massive damage at once. Also will not flinch unless parried. Zexion- Is invincible when he tries to capture someone, and keyblade is required to break out of book, so Roxas is needed to break free. Saix- Beserk state is somewhat weak compared to others, but has massive defence(same as aero shield) when beserk. Axel- Saps health, can use suicidal explosion. Weak otherwise. Demyx- Dance Water Dance is an auto-KO, but hard to keep clones alive long enough. Luxord- Time meter allows cheap win, but probably is broken out of card games too much by interfering members. Marluxia- Giant dark pools deal massive damage to most members, since they don't flinch much. Desperation moves would be destructive. Larxene-not much going for her, she doesn't have gimmicks or strength to do much. Roxas- Light balls and rays can probably juggle other members well, and deal great damage. Also can exploit many member's weaknesses well. It looks like everyone besides Larxene has a chance, really. Its like 11 different deadly gimmicks + Xemnas.
You can guard the sword slashes too so you can counter attack faster, and if you didn't want to dodge Heartless Angel, you can use a item when he uses flash right after. You can't dodge flash in mid air, so reflect is the only way out there, and the first hit bypasses once more. Too many combo plusses might make him teleport more. Level 85 isn't that neccesary if you get used to his attack patterns. (but then again, thats the same with any boss)
I think Xigbar will most certainly at least make random background appearances. Other member's somebodies besides the apprentices might appear too, like Saix's and Marluxia's, since they seem to have an interesting history.
Xehanort and Xemnas were regular somebody/nobody, and they look somewhat different, though perhaps not as different as Namine and Roxas.
Namine's quotes suggest that Sora's memories are related to Sora, and Xion comments herself that she looks like Kairi.
That could work too, as my theory could work with any Xion-creation theory that gives Xion a connection with Sora. Also, if Xion was created by the effects of Castle Oblivion, she would be created as a memory of a nobody, not as a nobody of someone who lost their heart. That would mean she didn't form by the somebody=nobody+heartless, so she might not have a heartless.

Namine says that if they continue trying to fix Sora's memories, that she(Xion) can't endure it.
BBS is 10 years before KH1. A person (like kid Riku and Sora) could easily have grown a lot in that time.
The issue is that Ven looks like he knows what he's doing most of the time. He knows he saved Terra once and all. Also, the scenes look too traumatic for Terra and Ven to just be hanging out at Radient Garden afterwards.
Yeah, its quite a common theory (With many minor variations) I do love the part of Sora being a bad apple though.
I doubt the keyblade breaks when the master dies; the keyblade is flexible among weilders as long as they have a strong heart. I mean, I hope keyblades aren't emo, so chance are that it'll just find a new master instead of commiting suicide.
Thats possible, but I'm not sure there were 13 of them. Anyway, Nomura implied that their heartless probably weren't humanoid or significant(AKA Nomura totally forgot about the possibility so he's just shrugging it off)
