Valor: Anywhere with strong heartless. I say Heartless over Nobodies because Nobodies generally have abilities that'd make it harder than a Heartless. Equip weak keyblades too. Like, Sweet Memories and Hidden Dragon. More attacks get in on a single heartless when it takes less HP.

Wisdom: The World That Never Was. Careful, if you're playing FM+ and you've ventured into the castle already, they'll later be replaced by more Nobodies.

Limit: I say the best place is in a mushroom battle. You can get like three Sonic Raves or whatever in before you switch out of battle mode.

Master: The Land of the Dragons. use fire on the fireworks to get Drive orbs. In KH2FM you can leave the area after blowing them up, but when you come back they'll still be gone, unlike KH2. If you're playing FM+ then just jump to the World Map afterwards. Or if you're playing FM+ and your Master is a really low level, whack the orb thing at the beginning of the Cave of Remembrance. And then in the first area where you need glide to get by there's two more, they gives you a pile of drive orbs.

Final: The Castle That Never Was, easily. But in FM+ I waited until I was in the Altar until I leveled it up past like Lv. 2 or 3. The assortment of Nobodies in the castle is different now. If regular KH2 then just kill some Creepers in the Naught's Skyway or whatever it's called; the area right after the place where you beat Xigbar.
