Kagura was busy muttering that troopers were racists and that they deserved to be punished. "OH, ....sorry I'm Kagura...."
"I suggest you two close your eyes!" Kagura examined the floor and noticed they were standing on a lot of dust. Kagura giggled and ran circles around the 2. They were now protected by clouds of dust. "Stupid racist troopers.." Then she started whipping the approaching troopers.

"Oh you mean the mustached dude? I was walking along the park earlier and some trooper stopped me from continuing to enter the park.......The racist trooper told me "I'm sorry miss but this area is reserved for citizens only" so I decided to play a friendly game of tag. I ended up turned down.....so I went to the city......and saw this" Kagura explained her story
