Good question. I'm sue the parents are having the time of their lives while their kids are off saving the worlds. Seriously, family isn't important in Kh so there's no point in having parents make appearances...unless SE randomly decided that family should play an important aspect in the series then they would be included. Not likely to happen though.
I would give it a go I'm not really one for yaoi or yuri unless its certain animes...but I would try it for the heck of it. But SoraxRiku love scenes are a big No-No!!

None of them were hard because I was level 100 when I beat the game lol xD But yeah Sephiroth is the hardest when you're not at a strong level
I think its because she's considered weak but personally I like her not love her but I do love her dress and hair xp She needs some more development than she wouldn't be considered useless and just sora's future gf..possibly wife =D

Well FF7 is an awesome game can't blame them for putting in a lot of the characters but I wouldn't mind seeing Rinoa in KH3 if there is one.
