If you can get banned for that, then I surely will get banned, and it hasn't even been a week...

Actually it is possible to use "and" at the beginning of a sentence. It's just that when we were younger, they told us that we were not allowed to because as younger kids, they would know that we would start every sentence with either "and" or "I".
