"Mimi-mistress is extremely happy to see you again, Daphne! She completely understands, as mistress has also been distracted by her own plans and efforts. However, Mimi-mistress believes that a situation such as this will allow yourself and my mistress to bond further. Mimi-mistress believes that they should definitely bake something together when the time arrives. My mistress has traveled with her loyal companion, Gotterdammerung, to a number of different lands in Aether attempting to discover the best type of sweet. However, Mimi-mistress believes that they will only have a chance to do so if they are both able to successfully complete the game. Mimi-mistress reminds Daphne, with a smile, that she does not want her friend hurt or losing her land, that my mistress considers the purest and kindest of all lands among those she has wandered with myself, Gotterdammerung, in Aether, under the pretense of this particular game. Mimi-mistress enjoys games, but not when the conclusion of these games means less sweets for her. Mimi-mistress hopes that her friend understands."

Daphne nodded as Gotterdammerung concluded his-- well, Mimi's-- response. She smiled at the duo, a genuine atmosphere of cheerfulness around her. She was so glad to see Mimi! Obviously it'd been a while since they'd seen each other last, but it was unfortunate that they had to meet again in such... unpleasant conditions. The blonde titled her head slightly, a soft sigh escaping from her pink lips. Her eyes scanned Mimi and Gotterdammerung carefully, the golden pupils shifting between the two. She simply giggled.

"Of course! I appreciate your concern, Mimi!" Her voice lowered. "But, if... something were to happen, I would really, really, really miss your amazing and cute dolls! I would also... really miss your company, as well... because, you know, we are friends and all..." Immediately her tone picked up and she was back to her bubbly self, shaking herself slightly. "But enough of all that sad stuff! Despite these games, I'm really glad to see you again!"

Her friend's dolls were, without a doubt, the most precious gifts she'd ever received. Most dolls she made great use of, whether it were around the bakery shoppe or around the hamlet. However, there were a few dolls-- very special dolls-- that Daphne found extremely cute or unique, and so she placed them on a shelf that displayed them to her shoppe goers and to herself when she was in own home. She cherished those dolls; if anything were to happen to them, she would never forgive herself.

And she was sure Mimi wouldn't either.

A bubbly giggle emerged from behind a blossoming tree, its leaves lavender and newborn flowers a soft shade of pink with a more intense color towards the bud. The bark and branches were a light blue color, which complimented the spring green grass quite nicely. The young Valen loved to color coordinate her surroundings, and having her own patch of land was perfect for experimentation. In Philía // φιλία, the sun always shone and there was a everlasting pastel rainbow across the sky [ despite the fact that it never rained in her region ]. The only signs of civilization were her house [ which doubled as a bakery shoppe simply titled "Kardia // καρδία" ], a small hamlet [ "Chamógelo // χαμόγελο" ] with a population of around two hundred and fifty, and the bell tower [ "Kampána // καμπάνα" ]. Despite the differences the residents have with each other, everyone agrees that they simply adore Daphne's treats, especially her famed "cubears [ cupcake + bear ]". One could say that Philía // φιλία was essentially a Utopian society, with there being more nature than civilization and almost no disputes whatsoever.

...Daphne's little slice of paradise!

More rustling began behind the tree. "Oh I see~! It must be so nice to soar the skies, yeah? I've always thought about what it would be like to fly... maybe you could teach me sometime Miss Iris!" She chuckled cutely at the bird, her smile beaming. Suddenly, a delightful ring chimed across Philía // φιλία, causing the girl to shoot up in response. She sincerely apologized to the bird, waving it goodbye as she began to run. "Oh, I'm so sorry, but I have to go! It's very important!" The bird chirped and flew away as Daphne hurriedly headed towards The Hall of Games. She couldn't be late, no matter what!

The girl exhaled deeply, placing her hands on her knees to catch her breath."Here... at last... thank goodness!" After taking a moment to compose herself, she stood upright gracefully and flipped the bothersome hair out of the face. A cheeky grin grew naturally on her face as she walked in. The building held an aura of... professionalism and it almost made her uncomfortable.

It appeared that others were already there [ including Arius ]. Daphne waved in their general direction and skipped over to join them, stopping suddenly as she spotted a familiar face... Mimi! Daphne approached the girl and Gotterdammerung and greeted them both, then asked the duo, "How've you two been? It's been a while since we've seen each other! I've missed you guys! I've been meaning to visit but I always get distracted with baking and redesigning, surely you understand! But I promise that I'll come over soon, okay? Oh... oh, or maybe you could even come and visit me and we could bake together!!" She was practically jumping around at this point, joy and excitement stimulating every fiber of her being.

"It's going to be the best!"
