Julian lived poor for most of his life, and eventually moving out to Mobile, Alabama to live with his uncle. When Julian was nineteen he found himself wandering the streets, because his uncle locked him out of the house. What happened that night is not truly known, but Ulian claims that a lucky Australian leprechaun came to him in a park tree and told him to get a ticket for the fifty-million dollar lotto. Julian did that night and won, all the money. The first thing he did was buy a New York apartment with a movie theater inside it, get a haircut, and legally change his name Ulian Pacific. He also cut off all connection to his family. After that Ulian had many adventures, most in South America, which the media had publicized making Ulian a celebrity in the west.
