That avatar looks like something colours would make from khinsider. Nonetheless, it's rather decent although I'm wondering if the stock is LQ, and there's something not right with this tag, it's decent, but something isn't just right.
The text and the stock do not match at all, and your bg is way off. Make sure your text blends with along with the overall tag itself. Practice makes Perfect. EDIT: The light did not make the tag look any better, the left side looks too off. Tone down the light, and focus on the colours and the stock. Your stock needs to stand out from everything else.
My focus keeps "eyeing" the bright light is what I mean. We all have different opinions, so hey. I believe that a text would go well in this piece because it seems like something is missing within the tag. It just looks spacey IMO.

The text is horrible, & the distort on Tifa face isn't good at all. Change your font, make it blend in with the tag so it won't look so out of place. And get rid of the distort and lower the opacity on the duplicated Tifa.
This tag is pretty good, only problem is the texture. Try blending the words within the tag.

Omg misty why? Thus I see what your trying to do, so I'll pm you the colors I use for my tags as well. Just use a bit of saturation and curves. Other: decent.
There's nothing reason to CnC, they just look like cropped out pictures. Would look better if you added some designs to it, or rather use a bit of curves, and layer mask to upper the tone and colors of the avies.
Add a slight bit of saturation and sharpen up the avatars a bit. other: there decent.
The stock seems very poor and the color seems to be a bit washed out. Use Overlay or Gaussian Blur to give it a glow affect.
