AHH I WOULD SNAG THIS STAT IF I WASN'T SAVING FOR MY MAME CABINET. I'm glad it's good. That's really unfortunate about the dev team's behavior during development though.
Last year, my roommate used to go to bed later than I did, and when she'd come in the room apparently sometimes I'd sit up and check the time on my phone and have a brief conversation with her. I don't remember it at all. @__@ Don't think I've ever done any sleepwalking or much tossing and turning though.
Notice: Have you won the Top 5 previously? If so, head on over to this thread to reclaim your Pin! Hey everyone! Stardust here, and I'm proud to announce that KHV's Top 5 weekly video contest is back! Now you might be thinking, "Aw man Star, but it's died and come back so many times, what's changed? How are you going to keep it rolling?" And hey, I have an answer for you! This time, we've got some new tricks up our sleeves, as well as some new features which should make things much smoother on your end! First and foremost -- tagging entries is now a thing of the past. Really! You don't need to worry about it anymore. This was previously required due to a limitation of our Portal -- we had no ability to view all submissions by date, so we had to rely on a tag. This limitation no longer exists! All AMVs that meet the standard criteria will now be automatically considered. Secondly, even if we don't get enough entries, we'll have something for you guys to see! No more skipping weeks for an extra process when we have too few. That means if we get five or fewer one week and your video is among them, you've got an automatic ticket into the Top 5! Our team of rotating judges is also still in place to ensure that things run smoothly, and we've even spiced the contest structure up a bit. You see, while the Top 5 will run as normal for the summer, we've got a whole new version lined up for the time that follows. It's called the Seasonal Spotlight, and it's a series of periodic themed contests spread out over the rest of the year! The regular Top 5 will then return every summer. Keep an eye out for more details come fall! We are also ready to redistribute our new Top 5 pins, which match our beautiful new logo by staff member Llave! So if you've won previously, be sure to claim your pin in the thread we've posted. If you've not earned one yet, be sure to enter for a chance at one! So what do we need from you? Simple -- submit some videos to our Portal! The first set of results will go up this Sunday. Looking forward to seeing those videos! Any videos related to Kingdom Hearts, Final Fantasy, Disney, and/or The World Ends with You and meeting or exceeding 30 seconds in length are eligible, so long as they meet our site content rules. If you've submitted one recently, it will be considered as long as it was submitted on or after Sunday, June 22nd. Good luck!
Hey you! Yeah, you! Are you a previous winner of the Top 5? Then we probably owe you a Pin! View attachment 39092 We've got a brand new logo and matching Pins for the new relaunch of the Top 5, but most people don't currently have a Pin even if they've won before. If you have, you can claim yours here. Simply post below and we will be sure to get yours to you. As the process is not automated, it may take a little time to get to everyone. Please be patient, but if over two weeks have passed and you have yet to receive your Pin, feel free to contact a member of the staff and we'll get it sorted!

Yeah, it's interesting how seemingly small issues can make a big difference. There are a lot of games I like overall but don't play as often as I might because of small annoyances like that. :v Oh, I'm the other way around actually lol! I watch his Mega Man videos a lot but his Sonic ones less frequently. I'm not altogether familiar with Sonic, I've only really played Heroes. I've been itching to try Sonic CD for a long while and haven't gotten around to it. :'| But yeah I agree, he's very informative and when he doesn't like something he's reasonable about it and mentions what he DOES like as well. And yeah, he tends to know what he's doing either way. Makes for an easy watch.
Ahah he used to have this great compilation of the most frustrating parts of his X6 Let's Play, but while the LP is still up that video appears to have been taken down :'c it was one of my favorites. Well that's the great thing about Mega Man lol, there are a LOT of them to choose from, most with their own little features and quirks, so you can find a few that really suit you.
a classic Actually yeah to be perfectly honest I have always gotten the impression the dev team was really trying with X7 and just didn't get things quite right, whereas for X6... they weren't, whether it was due to time constraints or whatever else, lol. But I mostly mentioned it as a joke ahah. I'm not extremely familiar with either game out of admitted disinterest :v. The thing about X7 I think is that its flaws are more obvious immediately... The nails-on-a-chalkboard voice acting, the clunky graphics and animations, the confused gameplay that is constantly switching around. X6 seems a-okay on the surface -- it looks more or less fine, having taken its aesthetic cues from X5, and the core mechanics remain the same. And then you encounter unfair level design and the new gimmicks. And "I hid myself while I tried to repair myself." Capcom...
Yeah, never get rid of a Mega Man game. Many of them end up very valuable. Except X7 you can get rid of that one. please I want a MM7 cart so bad but it's $150 loose. Cry.
INFINITE RYVIUS this is one of my all time favorites and almost no one has seen it ;__; It's a little old ('99) and it wasn't a large-scale production so it really shows -- the animation can be pretty rough around the edges. In my opinion though it's a real hidden gem. Excellent music and the storyline is, to put it succinctly, Lord of the Flies... Iɴ Sᴘᴀᴄᴇ! It's a Sunrise show but giant mechs aren't commonplace; it's mostly about the characters (they are trapped aboard a space ship and must try to survive together). I will say that it took me about 7 episodes or so to really get into it, but once it got good it was fantastic. As I recall, anyway. It's admittedly been a while.
That's okay! Editors are expensive, but many have consumer editions which are much cheaper than the pro versions and should suit the purposes he's using them for fine (I assume Let's Plays, etc.), especially if Windows Movie Maker can. @Amaury, if you can afford to spend a little, you might consider consumer-grade editing software (Vegas Movie Studio, etc.). If you buy a version or two behind the latest one, you can get most of the same features for less than the MSRP. How much it'll cost depends on which software, so you'll have to look around, but I think it would be well worth it for you. Some of them run very cheap.
Vegas autosaves have rescued my projects many times before. You might want to look into moving to a different editor.
I AM SO EXCITED AAAAA. I'm going to see it this weekend. I'm glad to hear you liked it!
i fixed it THIS FEELS EERILY ACCURATE THO I SCREAMED WHEN THAT HAPPENED I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT. I HAD GIVEN UP HOPE, MAN. ACTUALLY I'd love to finish streaming Grim especially if it's the remaster (ho myogd that's actually a thing that's happening I can't believe it). I'd have to practice first though! xD I hadn't expected to go beyond Year 1 last time~. i can't decide whether to cry tears of excited joy or tears of sorrow on my wallet's behalf

Wholeheartedly seconded. One of my favorite channels. I've always liked how... Tame it is lol. Not much cursing or yelling, just passion for his hobby.

As someone who has gotten huge discounts by buying floor/display models before, I actually don't think selling it is altogether unheard of, providing it's a functional one and not a dummy model haha. I got my piano keyboard at a fraction of the price it was worth because it was the floor model (and it was in pristine condition too!). I guess it depends on what kind of store you're at/item you're trying to purchase. That being said... A microwave is something I'd want new even if it could be sold tbh. And if there was a giant DO NOT SELL sticker on the item, I mean, uh, that's probably that.
