You can get it at any point after fighting Roxas, if you have five drive bars. Then you can go around to any world, and try to change to a form, (NOT JUST MASTER) and you may get it. I've heard there is a system to getting Anti and Final, which consists of positive and negative numbers depending on the form. Once you hit a certain point, you can drive into Anti or Final. Off hand, I don't know the numbers... I got Final from Land Of Dragons, Mountain Pass headed to the temple. I tried Valor, and got it.

I still play it, time to time. I started with CoM on GBA, and I was all 'Lol, I dunno any of this and what happened.' Personally, I love the newer versions of anything. By that I mean I like KH2 better than KH1, ecspecially older Sora better than younger.

If you go near the area where there is a dolphin swimming around, grab onto it, and it will atek you to the jet stream, where at the beggining of the stream, a cave will lead you to Ursula.

Wow, huge bump. Well, I'm a huge fan of ETF, whether it is old or new. I have a buncha their songs on my iPod, Smooth, You Are So Beautiful, Ashley (I really don't know why) Something, and Reverse This Curse, my personal fav. I'll have to check out 10 Miles Wide. I think it should be good.
Yen Sid said that Sora was the key connecting to Destiny Islands, Kairi, Riku, etc. As for the Kairi 'theories' Namine is Kairi's nobody. I believe that Xion was created from data from Roxas and Namine. Namine being Kairi's nobody, that means Kairi was connected to Xion. And It was Sora connected to Terra, Roxas to Ven, and Riku to Aqua. Kairi didn't have much to do with them. Riku does have a big part in the series. Just look at all the games. He was the one who helped close the Door To Darkness, and he helped Mickey for most of their journey together post Chain Of Memories. In 358/2 Days, he helps Diz, until Roxas disappears and Sora awakes. He also ended up helping Sora and the gang in KH2, i.e. with the ice cream and the photo. And then he was also there for The Castle That Never Was.
As the others have said, Mickey appeared in the Realm Of Darkness in order to close the Door To Darkness, which needed two keyblades, one on each side to be closed. Noruma will tell us more of this in the future, probabley a little in BBS, or Coded. Riku was sent there after he had lost his body to Xehanort's heartless. He closed the door, and was trapped inside, when something happened, and he appeared near Castle Oblivion, traveling the abyss, somewhere between Light and Darkness, I believe. He was awoken, and Xehanort's heartless gave him the card to go and leave the place, and he ended up in Castle Oblivion. As to where and how Mickey came out, I believe the manga said that Ansem The Wise (Diz) helped him, but I don't exactley think that was what happened in the actual game.
