Where are you guys getting this idea from. Of course they were the same. Axel still acts childish and friendly even in the organization, and I do remember Isa being bossy to Lea. They had a plan that involved Ansem the Wise and the castle remember. I do think that the nobodies do keep the same personalities as they do with their somebodies.
