To me Power can be a scary thing, I recently read Shugo Chara to volume eight and in volume seven the main character learns why a ferment wants power to save her brother so he and she won't have to do with the bad guys.

Power can make people greedy and make others lives difficult also power can multaptive peoples life to a wreck....

Your talking about everyone, everyone has their way of showing they care, kindness comes in all shapes and sizes, some peoples kindness is big others may have very small boxes of kindness, and everyone has selfishness but also does sins.

Peoples sins come through experience or how they were raised.

So really it's just the way they are but also if they choose to help and to care.

It's a choice you can make. You can be anyone you want. No one can make you kinder unless you choose to be.
