I don't understand how you can't beat the dragon at that level but my advice is make a deck with a lot of attack cards(15 cards lv.8-9 and 3 cards lv.0), 3 cure cards, 3 potions and the Oggie-Boogie card and don't use any special attack because it's useless.

About KH3, you're right:sweatdrop:, it isn't made or planned yet infact Nomura said that KH3 will made after the realization of FF XIII(already done), KH: Birth by Sleep, KH: 358/2 Days and KH Coded:cryinganime:. I think Kairi will has poor physical ability but a great magic power, maybe few HP but a lot of MP. Like Donald but with a great ability in defense and curative magic!
I think KH3 will be interesting if it'll be multiplayer and if we'll able to choose the members of our team. I'd rather to use a team with 3 keyblade bearer, Sora, Riku and Mickey! What's your favourite team?

I think the bandage on Riku's left arm cover some kind of "soul burn" caused by the darkness in his Firaga and for that he can use his left arm only for dark power. Or maybe it's just an accessory designed by Nomura. Infact, all the character designed by him have strange clothes or accessory.
