My opinion is that it was probably Brain. For one thing, like you said, it would be too obvious to make the character we know goes on to be a traitor later the culprit. For another? Brain is the Dandelion who's most consistently been questioning the rules they've been given and pushing the boundaries. Most telling, though, is that in his introduction he says that he expected to be the last arrival. One would expect to be late when one has to take the time to track and kill someone and search through their information to find the place they were planning to go.

If you look closely, it looks like even her arms are changing. Makes me think that she hasn't been Norted like we all thought, but something else. Maybe plain old falling into darkness, but...who knows? Another thing you'll notice if you look closely in the trailer is that the San Fransokyo cast appear to be fighting Bug Blox from Re:coded! Nintendo will be broadcasting a Nintendo Direct tomorrow, September 6, at 6:00pm ET. The Direct will show off upcoming Switch and 3DS games. You'll be able to watch the Direct on Nintendo's website or on their YouTube or Twitch channels. source
