I love the little ball of rage that Morpeko is, and I'm a big fan of the return of regional forms—especially now that they go beyond Kanto-original Pokémon! And especially that they can have further evolutions! The official Pokémon Twitter has already hinted that Obstagoon won't be the only one, so it's really exciting to imagine the possibilities!

Nintendo is releasing an upgraded version of the original Switch model with a 4.5 to 9 hour battery life. It retains the $300 price tag and launches in mid-August (early September for Europeans) with the standard grey and red/blue options, plus a new box design. Nintendo has announced a new model, the Nintendo Switch Lite. The Switch Lite forgoes dock connectivity, IR sensors, HD rumble, and detachable Joy-Cons in exchange for a smaller size, a d-pad over directional buttons, and slightly longer battery life. It can play all Switch titles, but any that do not support handheld mode will require additional Joy-Cons to play. It will launch on September 20 in yellow, blue, and grey varieties at an MSRP of $199.99 USD, with a Zacian and Zamazenta-patterned special edition launching on November 8, a week ahead of Pokémon Sword and Shield.
