Kairi glanced over her shoulder at Sora, smiling weakly, before she turned forward again and started for the kitchen. It didn't take her long to reach it, immediately approaching the sink and setting it inside, deciding to clean it later. Kairi then set her glass down on the counter, approaching the fridge and grabbing a bottle of water for Sora.
Tell me this: is it good?
Kairi walked out of her room and down the hall, knowing Sora was following closely behind. She started to descend the stairs, prepared to head toward the kitchen. "Why don't you go ahead and turn on the TV?" she suggested, going down a few more steps before she was on the first floor. "I'll be with you in a sec."
Well, there's a new thead in the BBS section. I'm an idiot and click on the Spoiler tags. 3 dang words ruin one of the biggest parts of the plot....
Kairi nodded slightly to Sora's motion, her eyes leaving him and landing on the door as she started walking. She was glad that her rest provided her with some energy; she could at least walk now without feeling so weak. The fact that she had food in her stomach was probably a plus as well.
So one of the things I dislike about being on a KH site: Spoilers. EVERYWHERE. Dx
Once Kairi saw Sora rising to his feet, she turned toward her nighstand. Since they were going downstairs now, she might as well bring the plate and glass of water with her; she didn't want to worry about it later. She picked up the plate with one hand and grabbed the glass with the other, holding them securely for the trip downstairs.
Yuppers. ;3
"Sure," Kairi said, not minding the idea. She set her hands on the bed on either side of her before slowly pushing herself up, not wanting to lose her balance in case she wasn't as better off as she thought. But once she was standing, she felt like she could at least walk. The girl looked over at Sora, willing to wait for him.
Perhaps. xD
Kairi furrowed her eyebrows despite Sora's answer, but turned around. "...I'll go get you some medicine," she declared, setting her glass on the nightstand. She would get him a bottle of water as well, to help get the pills down.
I dunno really...
Kairi turned around then, looking over her shoulder at Sora as she angled toward him more. "Then let me help you," she requested softly. She looked at his face, even though he wasn't looking at her. If there was anything she could do, she wanted to do it. He seemed like he needed some support, at least in her eyes.
Hmmm. Namine can run for the tape/memory card/whatever and they play keep away. Then maybe Riku can have it before taking off running through the...
Kairi tapped her fingertip against the glass, biting her lip for a second. "You know I care about you, right?" she asked, her back still to him as she sat on the edge of her bed. She figured it was better to ease into things, not jump right to them.
Yuppers. :3
"Sora?" Kairi called softly, her gaze remaining on the glass in her hands. She wasn't sure what she was going to say yet, but she felt she had to say something.
Yup, sure does. =)
Kairi finished her sandwich after another minute passed, the girl setting the plate that rested in her lap on the nightstand, switching it for the water. She took a small drink before looking at the glass in her hand, seeing Sora's form out of the corner of her eye. What could she do to help him? Kairi didn't want him to suffer.
There ya go. xD
