"Hmm?" Kairi hummed, turning her head a little to look at the boy she loved. She was curious as to what Sora wanted, or if he needed anything. By his voice, though, he sounded tired.
But on the bright side of things, I act stupid via text here. :3 I dun care.
Kairi released a soft breath, lifting her eyes to the TV again. She absently watched the sports program, just enjoying the fact that she was beside Sora. The events yesterday could have caused something terrible to happen, and if things hadn't gone the way they had, he might not be next to her. She was thankful for that, even if she was quiet.
It kinda stinks. =/
Kairi lowered her gaze to her lap, wondering how her friends were doing. She hadn't seen Namine or Roxas since last night, so she hoped they were both doing alright. And as for Riku, she hoped he wouldn't take off without saying goodbye. She missed his company, and at least wanted him to stay for a few days, now that there wasn't a threat around.
xD My friends don't even know the half of it. I act a certain way around them, but I'm never truly myself. You know?
Kairi wondered how late it was, the girl glancing out one of the windows in the room. She left Sora's house around noon, and then she fell sleep. It looked like it was late afternoon now, approaching the evening. She guessed she wasn't too upset for sleeping most of the day, considering there wasn't much activity anyway.
Likewise, my friend. Likewise. x3
Kairi let her eyes linger on Sora for a moment. He was acting...different, and she wasn't sure if it was just because of the pain. He was still the loving, kind Sora she adored. But she just couldn't shake that something had changed. She wondered if it had something to do with the confessions he made to her earlier that day or something Smith could have triggered. Whatever it was, Kairi decided that she would try her best to forget it until Sora felt better. She turned her gaze to the TV, trying to get her attention absorbed into what was showing on the screen.
Heck yesss! 8D
"It's okay," Kairi said, turning her head to look at Sora. "I don't mind." She was feeling better now that she got some rest, and it seemed that he should do the same. If watching sports was what he wanted, she would watch it for his sake. Kairi just wanted Sora to feel better.
xDD Nice. Doesn't sound like a bad place. =)
Kairi had her hands folded in her lap, the girl relaxing on her comfy couch as she looked at the screen. She really didn't mind watching sports anymore; she'd gotten used to it since Sora and Roxas were always watching basketball games or some other sport.
Haha. What college? xDD
"Sure." Kairi stepped past Sora once he had the items, the girl taking a seat on the couch as well. She focused her eyes on the TV so Sora could take the medicine in peace, noticing that it was the sports channel. A small smile came on her face. She should have figured as much.
I would totally let you borrow it if we knew each other IRL!!! xD
Kairi walked back the way she came, except this time she passed the kitchen before reaching the living room. Walking in, she immediately noticed Sora on the couch. She approached him wordlessly, standing next to him as she offered the items in her hands. "Here," she said softly.
Aww. xDD Yeah, I do. I've had once since...last April? I got it for Crisis Core, but ultimately for BBS. :3
After closing the fridge, Kairi left the kitchen and headed for the downstairs bathroom, going down a small hallway before approaching the room. She turned on the light and set the water bottle down on the counter before opening the medicine cabinet and grabbing the painkillers. Once she had two pills in her hand, she set everything back in its proper place before leaving the bathroom, water bottle and pills in her grasp.
Just for the record, you won't be seeing me much come September 7th. :3
