Kairi took a small step forward and put her hands on Sora's shoulders lightly. Then she gave a little hop and was on his back, her feet no longer on the ground.

Kairi smiled softly, hearing the light tone of Sora's voice and seeing in his eyes that he really didn't mind. "Alright," she replied. She might as well; it's not like she could walk very far anyway.

Kairi tilted her head to the side slightly, though that didn't help the slight dizziness. "You sure?" she asked, remembering the battle he went through yesterday. What about his injuries? She didn't want him to be in pain because of her...

Kairi moved her other hand to her coat once Sora let go, starting to put it on. She slipped one arm through before doing the same with the other, then proceeding to button it and tie it at the waist. Once that was done, she tugged at the sleeves and looked up at Sora, nodding to let him know she was ready.

  5. Forever Love
Kairi smiled slightly at Sora's expression, though her sight automatically fell to the floor when she started rising to her feet. She kept her grip on Sora's hand even when she was finally standing, knowing what was soon to come. The dizziness and the weakness.

By the time Sora put his coat on, Kairi was finishing up her other shoe. Once it was on securely as well, the girl turned her head to the side, looking down to see her coat next to her. She reached for it and then looked up to Sora when she had it in her grasp. Kairi gave him a shy look before holding her hand up to him, silently asking for his help.

Kairi brought her knee up, her foot closer to her as she focused on putting her shoe on. She tugged it over her foot before starting to tie it securely, not wanting it to fall off. She had a feeling she wouldn't be walking much, so what was the point in putting them on? But then Kairi remembered that it would be weird going outside without shoes, and her feet would probably get cold because of the chilly weather.

  8. Forever Love
Kairi's gaze wandered from her grey coat and sneakers up to Sora's face. When she saw the look in his eyes, she lowered her own. "Thanks," she said softly, reaching forward and grabbing one of her shoes. She appreciated that he cared, but she never liked to see that look in his eyes; it worried her because he was concerned for her.

  9. Forever Love
Kairi set a hand down on the ground beside her now that she was sitting down, the other coming back from Sora's shoulders. She felt relieved to be sitting down, though she knew that wasn't a good thing in the long run. If it was bad to stand, how was she going to get home?

Kairi nodded. "Okay," she said, turning her head a little to look at Sora. She would do what he suggested, simply because she didn't really want to think.

Kairi nodded slightly, closing her eyes as she leaned on Sora for support. She thought she disliked the Realm of Darkness before, but this was just ridiculous. Whatever it was doing to her, she just wanted it to stop. "It's worse than I thought," she said softly after a minute, her eyes staying closed.

Kairi continued to grip the door, trying to keep herself up as she lifted her other hand to her forehead. She heard Sora, but he was spinning for the moment. She glanced down at the floor, blinking hard to try and make it go away.

Of course, Kairi thought wrong. She was lucky that by the time the dizziness set in again, she was already a few feet away from the door. Her feet stopped in their tracks just next to the open door, the girl putting her hand on the border to keep herself up. Not only was she dizzy, but she felt like her legs would give out on her. Kairi realized instantly that this was worse than she originally thought.

You can do it. Just stand up, Kairi told herself, surprised by how hesitant she was to get on her feet. It felt weird to really move her legs at all, and there was a weird feeling in her heart. She pressed her lips together regardless and lightly put her weight on her feet, stepping away from the bed. Kairi took a few more steps toward the door and thought she was alright. Maybe it wasn't as bad as she thought...

I actually found Ventus's Theme from BBS not too long ago, and it's one of my favorites. It's beautiful and very moving. There's also Xion's Theme and Always On My Mind. The last one is definitely my all-time favorite music piece. And then there's Sora's Sacrifice. :3

No Final Fantasy here, really. All of my faves come from KH. x3

"Oh..." Riku lowered his sight for a minute. That wasn't good, and he could only pin it on Smith and where he took her. He wasn't an idiot; the Realm of Darkness made those from the Realm of Light weaker if they weren't accustomed to the Darkness. That was obviously what happened.

Kairi let her feet touch the floor, the fatigue setting in even more now that she was actually sitting upright on her own. She sat there for a minute, trying to clear the slight dizziness in her head. Whatever the Realm of Darkness did to her, she definitely didn't like it.

Riku looked up, his aqua eyes growing concerned at the news. "What's the matter?" he asked without thought, wanting to know what was wrong with his best friend.

Kairi looked away from the door once Sora was gone, catching onto murmured voices though she couldn't make them out. Regardless, she put her weight against her hand that was on the mattress, using the other to pull the covers back. She moved her legs and moved them over the edge of the bed, preparing to get up that way it would be easier to get going.

Kairi watched Sora go in silence. She knew that going home would be the best thing for her to do right now, considering her condition. She wished that wasn't the case; she wanted Sora to stay and relax at home, instead of taking her to do the same. That wasn't fair.

Kairi's weak smile dimmed a little, but mostly because she couldn't find the energy to keep it there. "Alright. Thank you," she said softly, looking up at Sora. He was being so kind, and she really appreciated it.

Kairi looked up at the words and nodded again. "Okay," she replied softly, a weak smile appearing on her face at the one on Sora's. She would probably just go home and relax. Taking it easy was her best bet right now.
