You know the cord that charges the PS3 controller? It also hooks to your PSP. You just sync the two. Then select the game on the PS3 and hit the triangle button to open the Options menu. Select Copy. Then the PS3 will tell you what to do. Then you just wait for it to copy over. Just make sure you have enough space or you just wasted 10 minutes.
