I'm pretty sure you just connect your psp to your pc with a USB cable, locate where the gamesave files are and copy them.
I've never had a chance to play any of the other games because I don't own the required consoles. I only managed to play BBS because i've modded my PSP.
The newest KH game I've played is BBS.
