Hey guys. Today is the 21st of December, and if you know what that means, great. If you don't, I'll explain everything you need to know here ;B Castle Oblivion is an event for the site where your knowledge of the Kingdom Hearts series will be tested. A forum in Fun and Games will open up soon and you'll be able to enter the many floors of Castle Oblivion. Well, it's simple. The Castle is divided into twelve (12) floors, and each floor will have some sort of riddle. Input the answer when it asks for a password, and you'll be able to pass the floor. The riddles aren't -too- hard, but they do require some thought. If it does happen that you get stuck on a floor, the best thing to do is wait a bit and think on it. There should be plenty of time to finish up. If all else fails, ask for help--BUT DON'T CHEAT. Each floor will contain our SUPER SECRET staff files. A little inside scoop on our staff members, and some of their shenanigans, as well as some insight into all the crazy stuff we do in the SUPER SECRET STAFF SECTION!1!11 Well, I don't want to spoil anything, but not everything will be riddles. So there will be plenty of new stuff to keep you entertained. Of course there's a prize, silly! At the end of the castle, there's a Christmas stocking with some special stuff in it just for you. You may be surprised with what you find inside it... and of course there's the Castle Oblivion pin you'll win, sporting it's brand new update to be revealed soon. The Castle Oblivion event will end on the 28th under most circumstances. But it may be extended towards the end of the month, depending on the situation. Spoiler Also, remember to keep a watchful eye once the event is over, because like last year, we'll be giving out anniversary pins, and you know how those go away fast. So be ready! So that's pretty much it for now. This thread will be updated by yours truly once Castle Oblivion is open, so you can all go in and beat the Castle that messes with memories! So, as you know. We're celebrating our sixth anniversary! As such, we have plenty of activities that you'll all hopefully like. And here, I'll be informing you of some of the things, so that you don't get all confused or worried if you see something different. First off, I'm putting the skin poll here. This poll will determine which skin will be the default one. Will you choose the Lite skin or the Dark one? Well, go ahead and vote on the poll ; > Now, we have two things planned for KHV this week (so far kekeke) Forum-Wide Re-Arrange This means that the different parts of the forum will be moved to other parts and changed. This will be a big change, so expect to get lost for the first few minutes. But we've tried our best with this layout and we feel that it's a much better and beneficial arrangement. The arranging with happen tomorrow. As such, the site will have to be closed down for a bit. However, after that you'll be able to come back to KHV and enjoy all things new. Unfortunately, we don't have a defined hour for this all, due to our varying timezones, but expect it sometime tomorrow definitely. Castle Oblivion Our beloved Castle of forgetfulness is back and better than before! That's right. The KH-Vids.Net staff invites you to the Christmas event where your KHV knowledge will be challenged. This event will begin on Wednesday, December 21st --that's two days from now. More details on how to partake will be shown on the date of the opening, but expect to have a few surprises and lots of fun with the rest of the forum-goers. This event is scheduled to end around the 28th of December.So try to get your wits together and be around from the 21st to the 28th so that you can get the prize at the end of the castle! Prizes and Pins We also have new pins in the works, as well as updates to the existing pins. There will be new and very unique looking pins in the future, so please look forward to that. As we head into the month of December, we expect many things. Particularly, gamers who live in japan await Jump Festa. Or beloved Square finally released their line-up for the event. KH3D will be Featured! Within that list, KH3D makes a somewhat expected appearance. From what we can gather, the game will offer a playable demo and video footage. Let's hope that 2012 date for the game is actually accurate! Jump Festa will take place during the 17th and 18th of December. Let's hope some new footage is leaked ;B

Our Member Vientiesis found some scans similar to these found on KH13 (Sorry Vient, vB is a major derp) and Our French brethren on Kingdom Hearts Destiny has some pretty big scans; link above. I didn't want to massively hotlink to them. I'm personally hoping that we get bigger more quality scans in the future. But we thank Kingdom Hearts Destiny for these big and clear scans. Enjoy! World Introduction: By SQEXGAL The Hunchback of Notredame world: “La Cité des Cloches†Appearing Characters Quasimodo – The young man confined within Notredame Cathedral. He favors Esmeralda who helped him despite his appearance. Esmeralda – A beautiful gypsy girl who loves her freedom. She has a strong sense of justice and has caught the eye of Frollo. Phoebus – The skilled captain of the guard who was summoned by Frollo. Frollo orders him to eradicate the gypsies from the city, but he gradually begins to disobey. Claude Frollo – He is a judge with substantial control of the city. Because of his hatred of gypsies, his methods of removing them become violent. There are great number of scenes including Sora telling Quasimodo to run, Riku meeting Esmeralda, and others involving Sora and Riku. Pinocchio world: “Prankster’s Paradise†Appearing Characters Blue Fairy – The fairy who breathes life into Pinocchio even though he is a doll. Pinocchio – Having forgotten the promise he made to Geppetto and Jiminy, he accidently becomes dazed by fun things. Geppetto – He is a craftsman that makes wooden toys. He creates Pinocchio and comes to love him like his own son. Jiminy Cricket – A cricket residing in Geppetto’s home. He was ordered by the Blue Fairy to educate Pinocchio. This Jiminy Cricket does not have the memories of the Jiminy Cricket that traveled alongside Sora and company in the previous adventures. There are scenes around the circus entrance and within the circus tent, as well as Sora and Riku talking with the Blue Fairy, Pinocchio, and Jiminy Cricket. System Reality Shift In battle, attack the same enemy consecutively. When you lock on to specific objects, a special lock on marker appears. When that happens, you can use the special command “Reality Shift†by pressing the X and A buttons. During that, Sora/Riku disappear from the battle and special actions take place on the lower screen. The Reality Shift command introduced is called “Holy Ropeâ€. Using it, you tie up targets in a line on the bottom screen, then on the top screen a chain appears to attack the enemies one after another in the way you drew it. Dream Eaters There are ally and enemy Dream Eaters introduced in battle. Nightmares are enemies, Spirits are allies. Nightmares Zou Elephant – An elephant with jutting, purple tusks. It attacks with its large body and long nose. Its long range attacks like firing rocks are its strong points. If you meet the requirements by partnering with a large Dream Eater, you can invoke the “Blow Off†technique to combat it. After twirling your Dream Eater ally around, you can fling it at the enemy. Dokudoku Lizard (Poisonous Lizard) – A Dream Eater that resembles a fancy purple salamander. From above, it sprinkles poison in a wide range, and can also attack by stretching its long, poisonous tongue. Ice Penguin – It is dark gray, yellow, and green around its back and belly, with a purple riveted ring around its neck. Sliding across the ground, it attacks within the area it surrounds. It will also abruptly make blocks of ice surround its body. Dragon Horse – A nightmare resembling a seahorse. It attacks by shooting water like balls from its mouth. Neko Cat – The nightmare version is violet. It moves around sneakily; if you come in contact with the lightning balls it drops you receive damage. Spirits Goat Horn – A dream eater’s whose horns resemble a wind instrument. It’s cooperating technique envelopes the Keyblade in flames which make it more powerful. Thorn Lion – A lion Dream Eater with a prickly mane and flat feet. A technique where the lion’s thorn tail can be brandished by Sora is introduced. Techniques By filling up the pink gauge you can execute co-op techniques with your ally Dream Eaters. For instance, Sora can ride atop a Dream Eater, and Riku can absorb the Dream Eaters to power himself up. So...what do you all think? I'm wondering if Square has some fixation with the mon-systems lately, but we'll see how that turns out. Also, sorry about deleting the thread accidentally. So, hey there! I'm fairly certain that we've had this HUGE drought of Kingdom Hearts news. Which is pretty sucky. Well, let's change that bit, shall we? Our Reporter Mike mentioned that we'd get some info in the new issue of Famitsu, but it looks like the latest issue of Weekly Shōnen Jump got the jump on them. Get it? Lol, that was lame. BIGGER/EXPANDED SCAN HERE! (thank you axel91 and KHInsider) We seem to have what appears to be a magazine scan showing our little puppet boy growing donkey ears. So if anything, we know one of the new worlds may be related to Pinocchio . Maybe something outside of Monstro? The Music! First off, we'd like to mention that Takeharu Ishimoto has been confirmed to compose for Kingdom Hearts Dream Drop Distance. This doesn't mean our beloved Yoko Shimomura won't be composing, though. Here's the full interview from Famitsu. It's in Japanese, though. So you may want to use Google translate. Dem Tickets! So, from the Square Enix Members site, we've found that they're giving out 220 tickets for the event! Okay so, it's only for those in Japan. But heck, this means we may get some footage or pictures, so it's not so bad. All the info's here. Again, it's in Japanese, but google translate should give you a rough idea of what it is. So, yes. My own KHV story. It's a rip-off. My writing isn't very good. It may be derivative. Specially since I stripped out my current power system for it and just used Plums because I'm lazy. I'm rusty and I needed to write something. This is probably the easiest way. The first chapters will probably be short until I'm able to get out of my block. Spoiler: Chapter One I.Restart The rays of sunlight don't filter through the clouds of this day in Kingdom hearts Vids. Everyone was still out discussing, some preferred to stay inside. Chevalier liked days where the sun wasn't in full brim. The atmospheric curtain meant he could go out and just think, without worrying for the heat. It was somewhat chilly, but he felt it was best this way. He took his casual clothing and went out. Everyone was threading around, the usual spot park had many people going around talking. Chevalier sat in one of the park benches, just watching everything go by. People gave glances, and then continued walking. Ever since Chev had been promoted to Super Moderator after the Mystification he'd gained some sort of unspoken bout of respect. Some just wanted to defy the stoic super mod just for the heck of it, but he was far too laid-back to give them that pleasure. He closed his eyes for a moment, and let himself take in the cool air of the usual spot. For some reason his muscles tensed and for a moment he saw something in his mind’s eye. A small child, his eyes expressionless, walking all over a sea of binary, creating ripples. The blue waters of binary dancing, chiming a melody that felt so familiar. “CHEVYYYYY!!!!” His trance was broken, as a girl began to poke his plump cheeks. She slouched over and began giggling. “Lulus_Moogle, what do you want?” Chevalier gave a displeased grunt. “Not much. Just wanted to see how everything is outside of Forum Families” She sat down next to him and smiled. She wanted his full attention, and began going on about how she painted her nails with glitter and how delicate of a process it was. Chevalier wasn't interested. She kept going on and on, and Chev almost gave a sigh of relief when his phone rang. He quickly opened it; it was a call from staff HQ. “Chev here.” He replied in a dry baritone voice. “Hey, Chev. We need you to check on some activity in the spam zone.” RvR’s voice came down authoritative. Chevalier's face became somewhat distorted at the thought of going into the SpamZone. It was by no means some deadly place he couldn't handle. But it was a darker place in KHV; the air was thick and charged. People moved fast in there, and it sometimes turned violent. “Can't anyone else do it? I wanted to relax toda-“He glanced over, and Lulus was still so absorbed in her nail talk that she hadn't noticed Chev was ignoring her “,Eh…I'm on it!” He ran for his dear life before Lulu would notice. Not five minutes later he heard “CHHHHHHHHHHEEEEVVVVV!” he'd probably have to make it up to her somehow. He kept running towards the SpamZone, but his mind was clouded. His particular power was a gift and a curse. It showed glimpses of things he didn't understand. He could still get glimpses of the boy, the sea of binary…but the image faded, the world shifted between two visions. Not minutes later, he arrived at the SpamZone, with a few huffs and puffs. He heard the usual bustling of the particular area, but something caught his attention. He moved forward to see what who the members were encircling, their laughs heavy and somewhat mocking. He quickly spotted a small girl who was laughing hysterically. He recognized her as RoxaSora4E. “People, back off!” An angry voice shouted. Everyone turned to look; it was DPwolf, her baggy clothes hanging all over her. She looked bothered. Chevalier was hoping she'd noticed him, but she was too focused on trying to get 4E out of the rabble of people that had gathered. He stood there paralyzed. Something was wrong; this wasn't just a normal n00b thread. Chevalier could feel it, he was sure Wolfie could feel it too. Their powers had that perk. The difference being that Chev's vision was now becoming clearer. He moved away from the commotion and leaned on a black site wall. It was there again, the binary sea. The child. But now there was someone else, a cloaked figure. Chevalier couldn't make out who it was; he only saw the movement of lips as they uttered some word he couldn't understand. He blinked and could hear the bustle of the members again. Wolfie had driven everyone off. She glanced over at Chevalier, as she pulled 4E by the hand. “You know better than to make a scene in the SpamZone. You're lucky it turned out okay.” The girl looked at her, still laughing, “I’m sowwy Wolfie. It won't happen again.” Chev was observing the girl, something was off. But she was already skipping out of the SpamZone and into the Usual Spot. “Chev, what did you see?” Wolfie was now looking at Chevalier with a serious expression. “Nothing. I'm just tired from all the spam removing.” He lied. “I felt something…I can't tell what it is. My instinct doesn't tell me these things.” “My powers aren't…very reliable.” He leaned on a wall. His eyes distant. “Eh, whatever. This is all taken care of anyhow.” With that, she sprinted out of sight. Chev felt something amiss. It was far too strong to ignore. But it made no sense. There was nothing dangerous around. Chevalier can feel it DPWolf can too So much fun Let the grace of our owner be upon you, children. The Carnival has begun. Spoiler: Notes/Database Locations SpamZone: A district of KHV where people go to relax and have some fun, due to the open space of it, people can perform a myriad of activities. Normally spam is toxic and destructive, but due to the filtration system installed, Spam contamination is reduced greatly. The Administrators assure that only by staying too long can have adverse effects. Forum Families: A forgotten district of KHV. Only a handful of people stay there now moved to more modern buildings. Its structure was modeled with Victorian houses in mind. Usual Spot: A new district of KHV. It was recently built as an alternative cost-friendly area to the Discussion district. Its structure is modeled after a cobblestone filled park with lush greens and plenty of space to relax. Events Mystification: A great incident involving Misty. No one knows what happened with exactitude, and none of the staff seem to be interested in sharing the information. Technical Powers: Each member on KHV has some skill that comes useful to them. Their skills vary, and depend on a number of factors. The strength of each depends on their Rep power. However, these skills are disabled for most everywhere, except the SpamZone. Staff however, are able to utilize them freely regardless of their location. Spam: A toxic substance that roams the site. Its presence is like that of a shadow, and its main objective is to rot everything it touches. Most are harmless due to their small size, most of the time ignored, but if spam gathers in a single place, it is possible it can have adverse side effects, and in the worst of cases, it can drive a member mad. Spoiler: Chapter Two II. The Melodies A girl stood on the edge of the Suggestions plains. Her long dark hair danced and twirled as the breeze cooled her thoughts. She was trying to find a reason to go on. Everything made no sense and she tried to recall the events surrounding Misty...but it was all huge blank. “Hey, Muffin. What’s up?” Sabby jolted and quickly turned around; her eyes flew over a jacket-clad figure, his short golden hair like a small bulb under the sun, his hair being the only distinguishing feature, as he wore black suits and black jackets most of the time. She gave him a playful glare. “RvR, I told you not to call me that, you betch!” She tried to smack him on the head; he didn't have much trouble avoiding it while cupping her fist in his arm. Now they were both close to each other's faces. She forcefully balanced herself and made him fall, but he didn't let go and she fell on top of him. Their eyes locked in for what seemed like an eternity, and RvR didn't seem to mind her weight on top of him. His clear eyes were fixated on hers, and he could feel all her emotions going into him, her eyes were open gateways that refused to hide her pain. “Sabby…I-“He made to start, but she started sobbing, her tears rolling down his chest. He tried to move, to say something, anything that could help ease her pain. But he couldn't say anything. He couldn't move. So he just put his arms around her as she cried away. He wanted to cry a bit too. But instead he retreated into his mind. & Crystals. The fragments flew around, each particle glowing under the only light that filtered through. The air, charged with the scent of something familiar. Some slight grass had grown over the small space. The scene was overwhelming. The slightly damp air was comforting and cool. Stardust felt at peace, even though it was all so much to take. She took a deep breath remembering the pain of that day when Misty just…broke; no one had expected this. A tear trickled down Star's cheek and then another. She felt hollow and devoid of emotions. And she really would be, were it not for the fact that she still had the one thing she loved the most. Her music. She stared at the fine piece of wood she clutched with her hands and brought it closer to her chest. She was no longer a useful asset to staff and much less to KHV. She was crumbling apart. Piece by piece she felt herself go and fall. Her powers no longer worked. She would try to conjure up energy, but she couldn't even materialize her Banhammer. Nothing worked. So she cried with her violin close to her. “You're here alone again…Stardust” A voice echoed across the closed space. Stardust heard the voice, but she felt too weak to move. She knew what it was. It wouldn't stop haunting her. She would hear them when she was alone, and she couldn't do anything to stop the voices. “Cry, cry and despair. The end is close at hand. There's nothing left for you here.” The voices would taunt her ever since…that day. Stardust fell on the ground. Not even in this secret place would she find peace. “Help me…please let me end now.” Her vision became blurry as she cried. She rolled her body and let the tears flow. “Star…why are you here again?” Chevalier walked over to her, kneeling down to support her. He'd finally found her after searching everywhere. He knew she wasn't well, and felt stupid for not keeping a closer eye on her. “Open your mind Stardust,” He touched her forehead, but something was barring his entrance into the sanctum of her mind. His expression went blank and emotionless. He pulled Stardust up and managed to carry her on his back. This wasn't right. He grabbed the violin on his hand, and made his way back to the staff section. & “What was it that you wanted to find? What is that which you've forgotten? Was it the soft humming you once yearned for as the soft strands of information moved slowly from one side to the next? So, then…you’ve begun to move and work. Trying to save what you yearn; that warning shot in the air that will begin to weave the threads of a new story, that's what you'll be going after. This pain. The sounds. The melody. It's all gone. And you're going to get it back, no matter the cost.” The cloaked figure gave a slight grin, his mouth barely visible. “I want that memory. It's the only thing that matters now.” A voice replied from behind the figure. The cloaked figure moved forward and laughed, his body trembling with excitement. His lips twisted in a contorted manner. He could barely contain himself, but he did. His last words moving through the wind like a hummed decree. “Peace begone. Let the grace of the owner be upon your pitiful souls.”
Okay, so basically...Kim Kardashian and Kris Humpfries married. If you watched the show, she was going out with him, ect ect. He proposed. She accepted. He's a Basketball Player, and she's...wow. I don't know. She promotes stuff and models? So I guess she's a "producer" and a "fashion designer" if that's what she can be called. The ceremony was paid by E! Yes, the area where we cut loose in also has some rules we need to abide by which are here mainly for the sake of some semblance of order in our little chaotic zone here. This is the one area of the Forums where you can post in threads and go off topic. Try to still have some respect for others, but genuinely, if things are posted here, they usually aren't meant to be taken seriously. This is the one area of the forums where text talk and funny chat is permitted. Using inappropriate language is permitted but please do not go overboard with it. Why so serious? This area is meant to be taken with a light heart. If you are easily offended, there are some sarcastic comments and such that occur here that really are meant to be taken with a grain of salt. Laugh a little and relax in this place. If you feel someone has overstepped their boundaries, please feel free to PM one of the Moderators of the area, Super Moderator or Administrator and we'll look into it. This is a place to have fun but don't do it too much at the expense of others. No one needs to feel miserable here. Overall, just enjoy yourself. But if a person outright states not to joke at their expense, you are expected not to. Continued joking will be considered as flaming and abuse. No flaming or harassment. If you are looking for cognitive responses to an inquiry you have, consider that this might not be the place for it. The Discussion Area of the forums may be a better place. The General Discussions Area is now is used for topics that don't fit anywhere else but the creator of the thread wants some better feedback. Make sure to read the rules of the section so you know if the topic is meant to be more in there. Threads & Posts Double-posting in the Spam Zone is not allowed, despite the fact that there are other things you can get away with. If a post is not auto-merged, a member of staff will delete one of the posts. If double-posting seems to be a habit, a warning will be issued to hope that puts a stop to it. Regarding Necro-bumps. Please do not go scouring through the old posts and pull it up. If it's over a month old since the last post, let the thread be and create a new one if you like the topic. There are some areas where necro-bumping is accepted but since topics here fly by like the wind, it's not such a good thing to do. There's a certain term called flooding, which is when threads are posted in quick sucesscion and in great number. We ask that you please don't fill the first page of with your threads.
