I like the colored version. It's got a definite flow it it, but the bright point on the collar thing(whatever that is) distracts from the main focus, then the flow of the whole thing leads the eye right off the image, not giving enough attention to the main focal point. The black and white makes this problem worse(making the bright spot seem brighter). The colors are very nice though, it gives a nice mood tho the whole image.
