Yes there are codes for both.
The wisdom and master form codes are on evilman's vid on youtube. Go to Kingdom Hearts cheat codes v.2 I think.
With the Master and Wisdom form normal command menu codes you only have to press revert though. . . why is that? Yes, I would like it shortened. One on R2, one on L2 please.
