OOC: Actually, water mage, not going to officially quit or anything, but I'm going in a pause for a bit until I get certain things solved around. Sorry, I'll post when it's possible.

To be perfectly truthful, I used to suck at grades in high school. In middle school, it could range from As to Fs: with the Fs being rare. I got more Ds, really. When in high school, I barely scored an A, and was either a B, C, or D. D average. If I have to place myself in a rank, I would say I was a B or C student, at best. I didn't try at all, and found everything tedious. However, once I started college, for some reason, I've become much more hardworking. Which is completely odd to me. I guess the different, serious atmosphere and the fact that you're wasting money for the classes kind of gives you that motivation.

    B
ut so far in my college life, I've been getting straight As nonstop.

    A
ctually, the thought of even getting a B now rather makes me jittery.

    twitter

Twitter is like the equivalent of VMs, except much less sentences to work with and have a lot of useless chatter that gets forwarded to many. To be perfectly honest, I've never been a part of social networking. Facebook, MySpace, you name it. I'm not a part of it. Nor do I care about posting sexy pictures of myself with some retarded sexy face with my lips pouting out or, commenting on other pointless things. The only reason I would get myself one is because someone forced me. Or because I want to share pictures with my friends or family (keyword: friends and family. Not 5,000 strangers) and talk to them. Especially if it is long distance. But overall, I don't like it.

    W
hen it comes to Twitter, I honestly don't see what's the point of sending everyone what you are doing every second of your life. It's just, really, I just don't get it. "I'm going to the bathroom". "I'm watching Barney". "I'm shaking my booty". "I'm in the internet reading posts in KHVids". If you're going to use it, use it productively. At least, something that can be considered conversation, even if it is short. I would find it quite uncomfortable to read what a person's doing, let alone write what should be my privacy. That's getting way too personal on a network that can have those well known poachers and feed them what they want.

To be perfectly honest, I don't really care whether it was truthfully a hoax or not. Granted, I've seen specials on it, and some proof as to why it is questionable, but that was too long ago in 1969, and, it really shouldn't matter now considering how much we've progressed on that area. It happened, did not happen, but it changed things nonetheless. And if we didn't back then, we do now. Whether it was an arms race between the US and Russia as to who can reach the moon first, the real answer does not pertain to the future. Except make Neil Armstrong a fluke, and give the US a bad reputation for being cheaters. As if we haven't got one already. It will be interesting to know more about the conspiracy theory, but at the very moment, it really should be the last thing on our minds considering we got bigger things to deal with and take care of.

    T
he people researching this must be having fun, however. Kind of like a court case: finding the proper "evidence".

I do believe technology is heading too far. It seems we all want to keep pushing the limit, study what else science can possibly accomplish, keep moving forward and forward, inventing things constantly, and work on other projects that will "benefit our lives more". The thing is, the more we do this, the more capable we can create the reached means of being able to destroy ourselves. Not only by a nuclear weapon, but by the every day things in life. Before you know it, all we really have to do at the end is sit and let all the robotic creations do what we are suppose to do. Help us clean, help us make food, help us drive, help us fix objects, etc. We are becoming too dependent, and in the process, incredibly lazy. For example, the beautiful dish washer. Never have to prune my hands again, or actually force my muscles to clean the dishes naturally. Imagine more in the future? The meaning of hard work will be lost sooner or later, and while life will be much easier and simpler, I don't like it to be that way. I do think there is some taste in challenges and obstacles, and it helps you grow and learn. Without it, all we will have left is to drink beer and soda, watch TV shows or go to the updated computer of this year, and gorge ourselves with food, and, basically, do nothing.

    O
f course, not that technology is all bad. I mean, there is some good that can come of it. Yet, those every things, like the flying car, won't really affect us entirely in our hardships. We still have to drive it, in other words. Improvement to some aspects isn't bad either. I just wouldn't really appreciate that we have every little thing available to us that would manually and automatically do the jobs that were meant to be done by our own hands. And, while it's great that we are finding cures as well, for this reason of fighting nature, we are becoming overpopulated, and soon, the Earth won't be able to supply us with all our needs. I heard that it's predicted that in 20 or so years, we would use up the Earth's water.

Fire, I feel it is time for an avatar change. How long have you had the same thing? xD

I wonder if all the Zexion avatars I gave you here are still there...

I don't know why is it so hard for me D:. I'm going to try. Too tired now, though xD.

It will take forever though. I'm only at 685. It's either I get a lot of posts, or I get a lot of rep. For posts, it's going to take me awhile. Cause even if I do reply to most topics, I don't think it can reach to 1,000 that fast.

    t least I got my text :'D.

The thing is, I'll probably be doing a mock freestyle for the rest of my life xD. I'm too scared to actually be trained in a swimming team. Competition puts pressure.

    B
ut at least I have a way to beat the rest of my acquaintances in a race. I just have to get more fit.

    I agree thur o:.

Considering the rainbow name is still on, it's permanent now? Because I will make it my goal to get to Premium *pumps fist*.

Try harder, try harder. Just keep dog paddling, and keep swimming, you'll get the hang of it. That's what I always did when I was little until I began to really manage it, so you're off to a good start. I don't know how to properly teach you to swim, since I taught myself. Bu I'll give it an attempt to be a proper teacher xD.

    A
nd just this weekend at the mentioned pool party did I began to try professional swimming, like those arm strokes and all? You swim waaaaaaay faster o:.

    A
nd it was good exercise :P.

    Oh!

    I
'm doing mighty fine. Went to my now 2 year old cousin's birthday party yesterday, and took a dip in the pool. And considering how freaking hot it is, I took my time in the water. There was those long tube slides too, so I was like, "wheeee!"

I was, to those waiting in line, "you're going, or are you going to stand there?" Seriously, a group of them did that once, when no one was up there, and I was giving them the evil eye >/. Thankfully, I have a heart of gold not to push them over.
